I mean, let's just ponder this for a bit... how did halibut evolve this way? And why did halibut evolve this way, but not all of the other flat fish? And why the right side? Why not the left side? The more I learn about the animal kingdom, the more questions I have. And, in my opinion, the pursuit of answers to those questions is a big part of what gives human life its greatest purpose.
