Hi DMS! Thanks for sharing this video! I have never heard of this interesting 🦈 shark. So prized for something so small ( fin). I hope chef's fine some other ingredients as substitutes...so as not to endanger this beauty any further.

I always love your videos! They're just the right length! I would never watch a 45 minute video about most of these creatures (though I once made an exception for an Oarfish documentary!) but I would watch a 3 minute video anytime! Greetings, again. I have a few ideas for new video Can you maybe research Gulf Corvina. Its native to the Sea of Cortes and it's a very important marine resource to the fishing communities of Sonora, Mexico. Also, it came close to being overfished and was put on the endangered species list. With conservation efforts the population and fishery recovered. Big fish too very popular with sport fisherman. "Gulf Corvina"
