Gears of War has featured the Carmine family for pretty much 16 years now, so why do Gary and Lizzie not work as well as the first three brothers? Well let's find out what The Coalition and Xbox have done wrong here, and hopefully the same mistake isn't made for Gears of War 6.
(For legal reasons no Carmines were killed in the making of this video).

It’s too bad Lizzie was killed off so early. TC sure loves given something with a lot of potential and squandering it. Glad her VA (Sarah Elmaleh) has been great in some other stuff after. Hope she returns to voice her in Gears 6

If she's included in the MP I would expect so, but again it's a shame she was removed after being Clayton 2.0 at the beginning, could've done better to reverse it and have the older Clayton die protecting Lizzie or something, I dunno.

Honestly shame Gary and Lizzie were shafted so early. They had some pretty neat designs and plus with lizzie they could have definitely made her into a pretty popular character considering how much people love women in armor and helmets lol.

Cool video! I agree, carmine made a big impact on gears 1. Very memorable for such a side character which is probably why he became popular. It was a good joke for a sequel but hopefully they stop the joke and actually build a character and story for the next Carmine.

Gears 4 and 5 are still populated to an extent. Have to search for TDM or KOTH/control to reliably find matches.

I can still find matches for 2-5, Social game modes most often but I got a ranked game of KOTH in 4 the other day. Gears 3 has been popping a little bit since the update
