@@robertreynolds2350 Discogs has 11 bands named "Failure" that have released something. You're gonna have bands that share the same name when your band name is a single, common word. I have a feeling these dudes had never even heard of the other Failure before forming their group.
@@DeathMetalMercenary and you can tell they dudnt..cause thus is terrible. Failure from California are the only band with legal rights to the name. They were signed to major labels and this was probably only allowed because failure disbanded in 98. Ken andrews of failure is probably the best known and most respected producer and engineer in rock besides butch vig...so if a rock band has never heard of failure, or ken andrews...It definitely says alot about them. Everyone In hard Rock community knows this band...and ken andrews. So yea...even tho Isnarked earlier in my reply...I do believe they knew who failure were..and only stole their name because they thought they were a dead band.
And the frog on the cover art is highly suspicious...considering failure from California s breakthrough album was entitled magnified and featured a leaping frog being viewed through a magnified glass across a concept art styled landscape.
