It's happening in Norway too? We never hear about it. We hear about our country (UK) and countries like Australia and the USA. Here in the UK is taxpayers are paying £7m a day to keep them in hotels, they get a money voucher to exchange for a new mobile phone and £200 a week from the benefits system PLUS doctors and dentists on site 24hrs a day. UK citizens can't even get to see a dentist yet the hotels where the immigrants are housed have been given a live-in doctor and dentist 😂 fucking NUTS.

I'm learning a lot here tonight, I know that nearby Sweden & Denmark have this problem but I would have thought Norway would have avoided this problem with it being outside of the EU.

@@danielgoring1328 Well, the problem is that whomever the people of Norway put into power, despite agreeing with whatever the average citizen think is fair to do with our nation, will get overruled in several, very important areas, by outside forces, such as the EU and UN, that we have no option, but to cooperate with, since we are after all part of the outside world. We pay dearly in all kind of taxes and penalties for the cooperation with an Europe we are part of, but not directly unified with. So we also send billions of dollars in aid to people that don't know, don't care, or even despise us, and the same rules that decide whatever being sent in aid is also true for rules about immigration and granting refugee status, political or otherwise. Already Hungary and also Denmark to a certain degree is looked at as close to international pariahs, because of wishes for stricter rules regarding who come and go beyond their border. The "right wing" with or without "extreme" added to it, is at once used as a derogatory label to those that have any wish for some common sense in what have become a flood of people from outside sovereign states. I myself are very liberal, on the left on the political compass, and I do have a lot of compassion for the suffering of people around the world, but even our King said that we can't simply let in the whole of Africa to our country, a King that are also very liberal, open to gay rights etc. despite being quite old by now and born in a totally different time. So I think it is true internationally, as it is with myself, that nations are shamed into accepting things that are simply not very reasonable. Things we wouldn't want to ask from other counties to accept.

Plus, most of those Africans do not like to work ; and those relatively few that do, have a big problem with language. Who suffers the most ? The citizens ;l not the politicians.

What you say sounds identical to Australia. We are seen as laid-back, naive and gullible with open hearts for foreigners. These ungrateful immigrants don't come here for our culture, barely learn our language, live off government benefits. A neighbouring family of 4 young men and their parents collectively pull in more than $3000 per week off the government in unemployment benefits, rental assistance, utilities discounts, free medical and other government subsidies and they think it's owed to them.

I haven't been able to understand this contradiction. A friend of mine has a daughter in Australia, she'd wanted to move there to live close to her daughter and grandchildren, but was refused, based on age. (60's at the time.) - She was in excellent health, had money to support herself, and buy a home... Plus her daughter would sponsor her. But still, she was denied to put roots down in Australia. .. so, she came back to Canada and bought a house and put her investments into Canadian financial institutions. Too bad, Australia, you're backing the wrong people.

Well, that is not the reality in the US. Even though our police are far more militarized with more resources, YOU are still the first line of defense against a home invader. That means in the US depending on the state we are legally allowed to blow their head off ourselves. Because you're missing one important fact, the time it takes to call 911 and for police to arrive is far too long. By the time police arrive the invader would have either already left or have found/attacked you. You have to be prepared for a worst case scenario and aim to take care of the problem yourself instead of relying on police, because though they are powerful in America they are still not going to save your life in a situation like that.
