So bad they removed the signature red features like the red & black carpet and round red couches in the lobby. Let’s hope they never change the Tonga Room.

The Fairmont has incredible decorations details. It seems to be a palace. The opposite is The St. Francis Hotel. They modernized the interiors. A pitty..as both Hotels are Historical jewells from the city.

Chelsea: Man… one night you’re wrestling at Barclays Center, having the time of your life and the next you’re being kicked out of Fairmont Hotels and accused of being an escort because of your outfit😵‍💫 Life is funny! Maybe next year I won’t celebrate Wrestlemania weekend at The Plaza Hotel LOL… Still over here just patiently waiting for Fairmont Hotels to call me, like they said they would 🥰 over a week go!

The Fairmont’s staff is always gracious, unlike the hotel workers here in Vancouver.

Fairmont treats their employees better thats probably one of the reasons

@@NileByTheMiles American customer-service people in general treat folks better than their Canadian counterparts do. As the president in 1925 said, “The business of America is business,” but that’s not the case in Canada, unfortunately.
