Fairy tale Dress 

I believe the designing and making of this dress is what happens when a person clicks on one too many Selkie ads. The dancing in a summer, fariy tale inspired, dress in an ice storm is just my own personal brand lunacy.
I actually made this months ago and have worn it a few times. I have plans to wear it again soon. We got Seraphina tickets to see the ballet version of Beauty and the Beast for her birthday. And won't this be just perfect? Rose covered and all as it is??
