@@tattoofun2003 Also wanted to point out that the faker actually took the box from a different Xerjoff fragrance called Opera. The didn't even have the decency to try and fake the actual box that Alexandria II comes in which is a bigger crime.
Fragrance Tattoo........Thank You Soooooooooooo much!!!!!!! you helped/saved me from keeping a fake Oud for greatness!!!!! I will be donating as soon as I can!!!!! Please continue to make more videos. You are appreciated here.......THNX!
I had a plan on doing a VS Series episode on Rasasi vs Tom Ford but I just didn't have time to shoot it. I want to do it like my previous videos from that series : Aventus vs CDNIM or Spicebomb vs Man in Black. Hopefuly this year I will.
I've only smelled TF tuscan leather for the moment, so I'm excited to see your comparaison as I trust your opinions. But the Rasasi for me is well made to the point that I don't put it in the clone category. Hope you'll find time to do it, it would be interesting, you're the best.
So is Alexandria 3 bottle, the same thing? I'm comparing mine to the 2 and I assume they would follow the same structure.. but I am unsure. Maybe that could be your next video! The atomizer is definitely different. It's like the fake one. And even the stem, is like the fake. The one I bought also has no xerjoff on the back of the golden plate either.
It is the first I own from the brand ! I can still smell the drydown on my skin, I sprayed last night when I shot the video. I love it. It has a high quality.
Always enjoy these episodes...now, everyone, please do your duty and best the unholy snot out of fake fragrance sellers...jail them and throw-away the keys. Cheers! Have said this...I've never really looked at Alexandria II, but it sound quite interesting and I'm adding it to my to-sniff-list. Enjoyed!
I have some niche houses on my list but I can not know exactly when that could be done. First I must buy an authentic and then I must find the fake also. So it will take a while. I do everything from my own money, so my resources are limited. It will take time.
@@pullingthestrings5233 I don't own any Frederic Malle fragrances. I don't plan buying them in the near future. At this point I can not help with the video. The fake I saw of Portrait of a Lady had the usual obvious and curved tube inside the bottle. Also the cartboard of the box looked cheap. I don't know if the caps on the authentics are magnetic but on the fakes the caps don't align to a specific center. On the red box of the fake Portrait of a Lady it said "demonstration tester". The price was €50 for 100ml.
Bro xerjoff also has the V collection with those boxes.Erba pura, accento, erba gold muse and so many more comes with that box.But the V collection. The others that comes with that box are fakes.
Actually in my area you can get authentic alexandria 2 for 260 EUR so if you think it is impossible to get it for that amount of money you are getting ripped off big time
A lot of people hope to get a good deal thinking paying less will benefit them somehow. Using fakes is very harmful to the buyers and the people around them, inhaling crap will give anyone health problems. Fakes don't follow any Healthcare Legislation.
I thought of that, but I doubt I would do that, the purpose is to share the content for free. Paying for my videos is onky an option, at this moment anyone can support my RU-vid channel by donating on my PayPal link from the videos description. Thank you for your kind words !
Hi. I don't remember seeing fakes of Wanted by Night. Anyway, at this point I don't plan on buying an authentic or looking for a fake. I doubt I will do that in the near future.
I found one on ebay with out the capital letters A on the front bottom of bottel, it says OUD STARS Alexandria II, what do you think ? price is 325 US dollars for a 100ml and free shipping inside the US.
I love your videos I have I question if anyone can help me I bought I Xerjoff zefiro 100 ml but there is no batch code on it both in the box and in the bottle the fragrance looks authentic like any other Xerjoff fragrance however its odd thing I have other fragrances from Xerjoff that have batch code but my zefiro doesn’t can anyone explain why !?
Thanks for the video sir! I am a new subscriber. Why not list where these fakes are being sold? I’d like to know so that I can avoid buying a fake. If i see for example Creed Aventus 100ml being sold on a website for $100 or Spicebomb extreme 90ml for $50, I assume those are fake right? Edit: to add more context, the website is only selling fragrances and these that are on sale are marked as “testers” bottles...
Aventus for $100 is moat probably fake. I doubt a sale would go as low on price. I do not list where I get the fakes from because it is usually not the same. Also, I would direct the attention to a seller while there are so many counterfeits sellers out there. So, always go for reputable sellers, authorised retailers. This way you are protected.
@@tattoofun2003 yes $100 for Aventus is suspicious. I’m not going to take a chance with that. What about $50 for Spicebomb extreme 90ml? Would you be suspicious of that as well as everything else on the website, even for items that seem to be priced reasonably comparable to other reputable online discount fragrance retailers?
@@rpatrickpm4097 $50 for Spicebomb Extreme 90ml is very low. If you identify a fake on an online website you should be aware of the other items from there as well. I doubt that website sell authentics and fakes combined.
They contain chemicals that are not aproved by Healthcare Legislation. They are harmful to your health (respiratory diseases or skin burns). The counterfeiters use names of brands without their aproval in order to trick cunsumers in hoping they get the real deal. The counterfeiters don't pay any taxes, they don't do a legit business. They are scammers. Is that enough ?
@@kandalf I can not make a chemical analysis on each fake from the planet Earth, but yes, lots of those chemical compounds used in fakes can be cancerogenic.
I did not buy any new fragrances lately. Every video I do is done with fragrances bought by myself. So I no longer have material for my videos. I am trying to find some time to upload some videos shot outside with nice backgrounds to wich I apply call out titles and motion tracking, just like I did with my previous VS Series.
My batch code is in the middle and its white but everything's else seems legit (i even put my batch code into a site and said it was made 8 months ago) so its real, right?
I just checked out aurafrance dot com and from what i see they post pictures for fragrances "out of stock" I searched for Nasomatto and Parfums de Marly. The ones they do have on stock seem to have very good prices. By the phone number posted on their website they have a US location. I never heard of them, so I can not say if they are legit or not. Someone else had any experience with them ?
The sad thing is, most people don't realize they have been scammed. I tried to tell D.R. that she was promoting a website that sells fakes. She took down my comment. I lost all respect for her.
@@tattoofun2003 Fragrancenet. I had been buying from them and then I noticed the higher end fragrances started looking odd and cheap. They sent me a fake Creed, Armani Code, Scandal and Light Blue. It sickened me. Have not and will not buy from them again. Buyer beware!! I'd rather pay full price and know that I'm getting authentic products...
@@gail4972 I never heard of FragranceNet selling fakes. I know they are 100% legit. Maybe you bought testers, I think they sell testers as well, I can't remember.
@@tattoofun2003 Hello! No testers. Watch the higher end fragrances. Creed, PDM, Amouage etc... The average person won't realize what they've received is counterfeit. I knew because I have authentic bottles from Nordstrom, Neiman and Bloomingdales.
Also, The ONLY place I will buy Xerjoff is from their website direct from Italy. If buying Xerjoff here in the USA, make sure the sellers are authorized sellers.
I don't remember testing this line but I saw fakes for sure. If I will test one and it's something I want to own, I will buy it and look for a fake as well.
I did'n study too much the batching machanism, but the current Xerjoffs all have 5 numbers and 1 letter. The last 2 numbers represent the year. I did not study more to know how we can identify the month as well. So in my case 20219R is a batch from last year. If you would have 10318N that is a batch from 2018. Older batches had 4 numbers and 1 letter. That is what I saw on some 2015 boxes.
Sir, may I ask you something? I come across many Xerjoff's with no batch codes. The boxes and bottles all seem authentic but they dont contain a batch code. Is this, to the best of your knowledge, a potential red flag? Many thanks in advance, sir!
@@tattoofun2003 I found them on our "Dutch eBay". The sellers say that they buy Xerjoff for a lower price because those Xerjoffs are destined for other markets. So they take the batch code stickers off. Bottle and box are identical. Prices: Alexandria II 50ml for €180
@@mrlawman136 i never heard taking off the sticker with the batches. I don't know why would they if they sell to other markets. No batch should be taken off. You could email Xerjoff to make sense of this. Send then pictures as well.
Please describe here your request and I will respond if the case. If you watch the entire video you can tell of you have a fake or not, if that is your request. My personal info (name, email, phone number, mailing adress, etc) will never be shared, for obvious reasons.
@@tattoofun2003 I want to buy a To Ford tuscan leather and Ombré. The seller asks for.150€ for .oth of them. I.asked for.some photos and he sent me.so.I wanted your opinion.
@@chefevi3859 I don't get the picture. There is a sealed Tuscan Leather Intense 50ml and Ombre also sealed and another 50ml unsealed. Wich is wich ? The Ombre does not look good at all, the celophane looks like shit. You posted only one picture of it.
