There's no "cheap enough" in Chinese watch manufacturing. If a counterfeit movement costs less, or is available when a genuine Seiko movement isn't - then one can't be sure.
The movement you have there appears to be genuine, i'm 99% sure and also think others in the know will also agree. So fako, yes maybe but with Seiko movement
Yep nh36 with metal applied to look like 4r36.. here's another where he removes the metal. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lFG8AUENQPc.html
Maybe not, just found a video on another feiko. They used a nh36 movement and applied a thin strip of metal with the 4r36 markings to make it look like it was real. I'd expect yours is actually a nh36 just as in the other video. Still a good movement, identical to the 4r36 bit not a real 4r36. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lFG8AUENQPc.html
The saddest part is that a well known site sales Faikos for $40. Now that Chinese 'homage' watches that could be sold for $40, are asking a price of over $200, they haven't stopped cutting corners in basic quality. Cut your losses, and just wear it as-is as a beater watch. When it breaks down, then use it to learn to do your own mods, polishing, and repair.
Turtles are good dive watches, bezel looseness aside. Good lume,200 meter, screw down crown. Anything less than 200m be weary. Great cheap alternative- casio duro.
@@watchawatch2193 she changes it constantly first it's real, then after telling her all the wrong things she added she had the bezel was replaced lol... Then it wasn't a turtle, then not a special edition claiming only the king turtle was the special edition. She changes the description once every week or two . Even claims her jeweler has authenticated it... I told her to find a new jeweler...
