Sometimes I feel like the prisoner should be so embarrassed by their behavior they shouldn’t even be so audacious as to show up to parole. Like not enough shame.

@wesleyalan9179 Unfortunately, in the vast majority of 'Third World Countries' their Cultural Heritage does not believe that s3x w/ minors is wrong & those who emigrate & fail to assimilate into the American Culture tend to live by their 'Raised' values-or lack thereof in our perspective. This is not just an American problem, but we're seeing it Worldwide w/ the influx of Immigration from countries where there are virtually no crimes against children, then suddenly an escalation in those crimes in the Host Country b/c boffing a 12yo is 'suddenly' not acceptable. Women & children tend to be treated like crap in those countries w/ massive emigration & that doesn't change overnight

This is the system that the people keep supporting. Keep in mind this what THE PUBLIC keeps allowing. This is why I can't hate on the politicians too much. They only represent the public that votes for them. No I think most of the issues in this world isn't government systems. But the public who votes and allows such systems. The public sucks! This is the best we have to offer folks. This is it. This is the system we collectively support and allow to guide our lives. Think on that fact for a bit in your lives. It might change how you see how everything works in this world.. I took a good hard look in the mirror too. It wasn't a nice experience.
Why does any prison facility even have a "short term" SA treatment program? It should be mandatory "regular " term across the board, however long it takes. Can someone explain that??
We had this happen here in Columbia, SC. He tortured her and killed her, then dumped her in the woods. It's only a matter of time before this guy does the same. And, it's not the alcohol or the lack of female company that caused or even contributed to it. He's a predator of the most dangerous kind and does this because it's all about what HE wants and control. He's obviously not learned a thing. He's a murderer waiting to happen.
He actually may have already done it but just wasn't caught or tied to a body. There's hundreds of bodies found yearly that are not identified. Check out the DNA Doe project.
Does it matter whether or not he’s married or has no access to sexual relations with a woman??!! The point is that he raped them! I've noticed a few now saying "I won't do that now I have a wife" and considering they're supposed to mentor others as part of the later stage treatment, I think some muppet is saying that and the rest are parroting it back thinking it's perfectly acceptable to say (it's horrific). It's good in a way because they're so see through. But the idea that these men think it's acceptable to invade another person's dignity and personhood because they think they deserve it and it's the worlds fault they're not getting it, is horrific. The entitlement. They're not safe, what happens the one night their wife isn't available, will they force her? Or go out and force someone else?

Wonder what his immigration status is? Says he wasnt working for uber, but working as a driver hanging out where the uber drivers were. That coupled with his strong accent makes me wonder My hometown in CA had a section in the newspaper every month of so about the crimes that month that had commited by people who came here illegally. Very intresting to see how many thefts & sexual assualts there were in that section
This parole board worries me, with their propensity to talk themselves out of keeping them in prison.. Thankful though, that this time they see the sense in keeping this bastard in.
Why bother to give any sentence when in a year or two their up for parole? It's outrageous!! He says he has remorse,but I don't see an ounce of it.If he hadn't got caught he'd still be doing it, creepy,leave him where he is,these slap on the wrist sentences are useless 💯😡
it can't be that hard to get a couple Spanish speakers for interviews like this. I'm aware this guy's a creep, but i find it aggravating how the judges keep talking in a way he won't understand.
@MrSimondaniel3 The Board provides Interpreters, but the Offender must request them when they apply otherwise how is the Board to know? In cases where an individual is obviously having tough time, the Board has asked do you want an interpreter & most of the time they refuse b/c it will postpone their hearing. There are many problems w/ CT POBB, but this isn't one that falls on their shoulders.
Ya feel bad for that ... please stfu my daughter takes Uber all the time. But she always shares the person that takes her each way there way back so we can watch on the screen where exactly she's at, but it still doesn't matter you never know who you're getting into the car with.

Why doesn’t this person have an interpreter for such an ignorant hearing? In fact I’ve never seen a parole hearing where there was ever an interpreter. Just curious why that’s so rare ! What a sleazy guy. I’m sure he committed these kind of assaults way more than two times!!
@annagirlieee5290 On the contrary, it is not rare to have an interpreter; it is just that generally we don't feature those b/c they tend to be long, very disjointed & gets confusing to viewers. It takes a lot longer for Mandoo to do the editing on those & views are inordinately low indicating a lack of interest; so unless the hearing is extremely interesting, we spare you the pain of having to suffer thru those hearings
