I hope you understand english - they edited the concert by asking people in newspapers if they recorded the concert themselves and by recording separate musicians 10 years later playing their instrument. They all did this because they said the video/audio quality was too low. It had to be more vivid. They even added vocalrecordings from Donauinsel live 1993. I've uploaded both versions to my channel, just see it for yourself

Eine DVD "Falco Symphonic" wurde von Thomas Rabitsch, seinem Bandleader und treuen Freund (er ist auch Keyboarder), produziert. Der genaue Titel: "Falco Symphonic" - Falco und sein Orchester live in Wiener Neustadt 1994; Die Tonaufnahme dieses Konzerts war sehr schlecht (ebenso der Film). Thomas Rabitsch musste alles mit einem Sinfonieorchester überarbeiten, wobei Falcos Stimme erhalten blieb ... Th. Rabitsch, der Falco sehr schätzte, wollte ihn mit diesem Wiederaufbauwerk ehren, denn das Konzert war ein Ereignis.Ich habe es geschafft, die DVD zu kaufen

No HD version excists sadly. That's why the 2008 symphonic project was started to collect and enhance videoquality. I do have that edited version, but I'm not able to upload it due to copyright :(
