I think this was a great move for them to draft the player they wanted in Penix bc he wasn’t still going to be on the board in the second round so they had to draft him with our 8th pick.
And Terry made sure that this wasn’t going to happen to him the second time around and not have a successor plan to replace their starting QB when they decide to move on from him.
