You did an amazing job with this tablescape. THe blues and browns with the white pumpkins and colored candles is the perfect nod to fall. I know you are renters... but I always envision that wall on the kitchen side opened up in a wide arch, to make this the perfect little kitchen nook! How sweet would that look!!!!! Seeing someone so young, embrace home like you do, is heartwarming. I am 72 and love how intentionally you place each object. I just know your forever home is not far off.. and it will be blessed to have you!

What gorgeous tablescape! I love how you incorporated the blue with the brown to make it fall looking and match your home. If I may, and please don’t take this as criticism, but your silverware is incorrectly placed. The proper way for a place setting is the fork on the left, knife on the right (with the blade facing the plate) then your spoon. If you were to use a dessert spoon, that would go horizontally at the top of your plate with the spoon head on the left. Any additional forks or spoons (salad, dessert, etc.) would go next to each respective fork or spoon, in the order in which you use them, or by the number fork tines they have (the least amount goes on the outside and then you work your way in). If doing a formal plate setting, think BMW. Bread plate, meal plate, water/wine glass (or both) in that order. Your napkin would also go on the right by or under the knife and spoon; unless you choose to do something different like place it in the plate or a goblet, etc. Again, not criticizing, as it looks beautiful; just teaching. I’ve been setting formal tables for the last 45 yrs. So just thought I would share. 🍽️ If you’re happy with your placement, then by all means, you do you! Love your content!! Maranda, your transferware looks beautiful with your dried hydrangeas. So nice to see a different scape compared to all the others with an over the top look. You may wish to swap out the hats for something more fallish. They give off a summer feel. Just a thought. 🧡🎃

Maranda, your silverware is styled in corrective, the knife is suppose to be next to the plate with the cutting edge facing the plate. the fork is placed on the outside.if you have a spoon it should be plated with the knife and the fork stands only on the left of the plate.
