Hey Miranda. Your new dining area is really nice and so is the other little eating nook. I would switch the pitchers on the tables though. The one on the little table is a bit too big for such a small table and I just think it would be better scaled if they were switched. I love your vintage style and love that everything isn't brand new. Great job.
I would have to agree. I love her style and minimal decorating with subdued colors. She does a wonderful job with her videos and I’ve gotten a lot of ideas from her. I do think that pitcher is much too big for that small table though. I believe it is a pitcher that went with a large bowl that would sit on a washstand in a bedroom. Years ago people would pour water from the pitcher into the bowl and use it to wash up. Hence the name washstand.
I know it looks to be way too big on film but I promise in person this large statement piece is the perfect touch in here! 🍂💕 Thank you all for watching and sharing your thoughts, I love you all!!!❤️
My husband had gotten a table his old boss was tossing out... he took it home and sanded it down and then just put polyurethane on it. It now holds our TV and dvr. Its just big enough for it! He hid his working on it while I was at work! So surprised I was! Anyway, you guys did a great job with your table! And the new cabinet is a perfect addition!
Maranda it all looks so pretty.. What a great idea to use your extra room for a dinning room. Looks great. That table turned out lovely.. maybe your next video show the whole room so we can get a true feeling of the space.. looking in from the doorway.. .. I can't wait to see the full tour..
Hi Miranda! I so enjoyed your video and love your new dining room space. The table turned out so beautiful!!! Love love everything in the dining room!!! Maybe 1 day you could do a whole house tour including your back porch. Your home is just precious and beautiful! Thanks for sharing. 😊🍁🎃
Good morning friend, Your little breakfast table looks so nice.I love the idea of layering the placemats a bit so they fit. The pitcher is so nice there to add a touch of fall. I love your little cabinet nearby with the white and cream pitchers. Your new dining space is beautiful! What a great use of that space. Tell Wes I love the table, he did a wonderful job on it. It will be so nice for you to have family and friends over and have a dining space.
I absolutely love your little McCoy pottery pumpkin mug! I am a McCoy and have collected so many pieces, but have never seen that mug. I’m so jealous! Your dining table is precious, but I feel like the large stoneware pitcher over powers the table. The pitcher would look amazing on the adjacent hutch. 😊
I know isn’t he just adorable!! I had a feeling someone would say that pitcher is too large but in person it’s the perfect size, I love a large accent piece!!💕❤️
@@marandachristine He is the sweetest thing! I’m on the lookout for his brother. 🎃 Perhaps it’s just the camera. I’m sure being in the actual space it is much different. 😊
I always look forward to your videos and you never disappoint! Great video as always. I enjoy seeing you incorporate vintage and thrifted pieces in your decor and it always looks amazing. You definitely have a gift. Loved your fall decor with a special mention for your dining room table/chair set and that wonderful wood dough bowl and pumpkins!
Love that you included that local coffee company. I’m wanting try them. I’m from North AL! May still be 80 degrees down here but my home is decorated! Pumpkins and copper accents everywhere!!! Lol We have an awesome antique store if you ever come down here again. My best finds have been a vintage copper tea kettle and a silver nativity set for Christmas. Pickers Choice ❤️
I am so excited to see your table you thrifted from the big sale earlier in the summer. You did great with the dining room and I know you have so many more plans. Oh, it will be so charming when you have your chandelier (maybe with a dimmer switch) and other low lights around the room. It will be great for holiday guests and special occasions. Thanks for sharing with us. Love your style.
You do a great job using and displaying thrifted items! I have a couple of suggestions to try if you want to. Put the 2 leaf napkin holders on the small dinette with 2 place settings and then use ribbon on the 4 napkins on larger table (which by the way looks awesome!). Also maybe try dark chargers instead of place mats to avoid over lapping (if that works). Keep up the good work & TFS!
Oh the dining set looks lovely!🧡 Your table is beautiful!🍁🍂 Sweet that they sent you a cabinet! It's very nice. It looks like a modern remake on the old cupboards. Have a blessed week!🏵️🌻
What a perfect dining room!! Just beautiful the way you styled it. I had to go back to HL today because table glass & wood lanterns were 1/2 off. You inspired me to re-do my coffee bar. I want to try that coffee! The cabinet is perfect for that space.
Omgosh! I was almost dozed off and I heard "Clanton, Alabama"!!! I lived there for @3 years, its a wonderful place. The peach fuzz coffee is the PERFECT flavor from there, because anyone who is anyone knows the best peaches are grown in Clanton, AL!! Hence the water tower!! That table us amazing! My kitchen table is about that year and style, I'm getting ready to redo it. So you know what protective coating your husband put on it?
Hi Miranda!Your new dining room is lovely!!The table is beautiful! That is great that you now have another eating space and it can be for four!!!I love your little table with the baby pumpkins you grew in your yard!!Everything looks beautiful! Enjoy everything!!😁🌻🦉🌼🍁🦋🌾🍂🥧🍊💛🧡❤
It is all beautiful! Love the dining room! I could also see the cabinet in your kitchen to use for a pantry and dishes. That small hutch in your kitchen could go in the dining room. I love the small little table. I have something similar from my grandmother. Glad you're able to use again.
Yes!! I thought about doing that originally and still might end up trying it to see how it looks! It’s most likely too big for the kitchen but I still kind of want to try it to see how it looks! 😊 Thank you for watching ❤️
Oh my goodness..yalls hard work has paid off..its looks so pretty..every little thing yall do, just keeps getting better n better..I really enjoyed this video..tfs..hope yall have a blessed week..
Beautiful job in the kitchen and your ironstone pitchers are so C U T E!! The dining room table looks fantastic. Quite a difference from when you first got it. Such a fun space to decorate. We love coffee and plan to order on your recommendation. God bless !
HI MARANDA!,I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT DINING ROOM TABLE AND CHAIRS. YOUR HUSBAND DOES SUCH AN EXELLENT JOB AT RE FURBISHING PIECES FOR YOU!!! HE IS A GOOD HUSBAND TO DO THESE LITTLE AND BIG THINGS FOR YOU NO MATTER HOW LONG THAT IT TAKES. IT DOES NOT GO UN NOTICED. IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE TOO IF HE WOULD JOIN A VIDEO WITH YOU SO WE COULD CONGRADULATE HIM ON BEING SO WONDERFUL TO YOU AND DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB FOR YOU. YOU CAN REALLY TELL HE DOES IT WITH LOVE. EVERYTHING LOOKS DO COZY, BRIGHT AND NICE!!THANKS FOR SHARING😊❤
Hi: in one word : beautiful ❣️ your house looking so amazing and beautiful , love it so much ❤️ the table looking so pretty renew ; you choose great colours for the fall season ❤️ every thing looks so invited and cozy.and the coffee ☕ looking so tasty. Thanks, ❤️ have a wonderful day ❤️❤️❤️
Another great video I love your new dining room table it fits the room perfect. Just as a suggestion you could remove the top doors from your white dining room cabinet & decorate there too.
I have a table just like yours/.... does yours have the fifth leg in the middle. I bought mine 28 years ago from an antique store for $195. We have used it every day since. It was over 70years old when we bought it. mIne is 4 ft by 4 ft and it can easily handle 2 people on each side. I also paired it with pressed back chairs . I don't use them anymore but that was what I originally used. May you have many blessed moments of memories at your table as I do mine.
You know you are supposed to grind the beans before brewing, not ahead of time. The beans would be cleaner in your canister, too. Agree with one of the comments that you should switch the large pitcher to the bigger table.
Maranda your husband did an amazing job refinishing the table. I love the chairs as well. Had you tried to angle the cabinet in the corner. Just wondering how it would look or even fit. Looking forward to seeing how the room progresses. 🧡🍁🍂
Loved everything, I must tell you the big pitcher on your bistro table is too large for that table. It’s not to scale, it would look better on your hutch. Enjoy your videos.
