I was interested in Tunic until I learned it was Dark Souls levels of difficult. Now I've researched on it again and found out that it has accessibility options, namely infinite stamina and no fail mode! Might get it after all haha
Lovely video 💖 I found your channel super recently and bought my Switch this afternoon! Video idea: your game recommendations for someone just getting into Switch. Looking forward to binge watching your past videos too! 💖
I hadn't heard of Beacon Pines but that went STRAIGHT on my wishlist! And I've been waiting for Lemon Cake to come out on Switch and it's also out this month eeee 💕💕
I just picked up cozy grove on sale recently, mainly due to your past recommendation of it and I love it so much! Thanks for making these videos, it can be hard to keep up with indie game releases and to sort through what's worth playing.
Gone Home is a lil spooky but so good. Be careful with What Remains of Edith Finch, it's SUPER depressing. If you have depression or issues with wanting to ending your life I would say skip this. Also people who have lost children maybe a no. Spoilers You at one point literally play first person as someone ending their own life while your delusions cheer you on.
ahh this is definitely true! 💛 i wish there was a platform like goodreads for games that listed things like tws and such (like outside of steam or dekodeals etc)
i'm not even a gamer and i don't own a switch anymore but i love your videos so much because they're so calming so i still watch your gaming videos lol
cheered out loud when you mentioned Gris! might be the prettiest game i've ever played and it made me cry real hard. what more could you want? 10/10 not a switch game JUST yet, but i'm so hype for the remaster of ib (on PC now) to get ported. i'm not big on horror but the spooky surreal environments of the art museum really work for me
ohhh i didn’t know that was coming to the switch! will def be keeping an eye out 👀👀 and i’m so glad you loved Gris too! it’s seriously the most stunning game, i’ve been trying to find something similar for ages 💞
planning on cozying up with little nightmares over fall ❤ there are so many good new games, yet i should show some restraint until i played what i have already 😅
love these videos! i'm always writing down every game you recommend! however would it be possible to write the game name in the video or list them in the description 🙏 just so i get the spelling correct? english is not my first language 😅
I scroll through the transcript while watching videos to pick out names I missed or didn’t hear properly. It’s auto-generated so not always perfect, but it helps! Just expand the description box and scroll down, then tap/click on “transcript” or whatever the actual word is in your language.
I completed Cult of the lamb and I have to say, if I knew that it was this buggy, i would have never bought it for the switch. the port for the switch has been made terribly and bug fixes are only for PC. So please keep this in mind. I couldn't finish decorating my cult because it got sooo laggy and so buggy. I'm kinda mad that Nintendo is not refunding games which are so buggy where the developers don't care for the switch version
loved the cozy pictures you painted with your descriptions ^-^ I've been playing an old fall fave of many, night in the woods and I picked it back up because I initially did not get into it a few years back. this time I really liked it for a while but the ending had me a bit disappointed! I think you recommend it a while back and I am glad I gave it another try, maybe it all in all wasn't for me, which is sad because the vibe overall was so nice, just the twist had me very confused. I will try some of the new ones you mentioned and see if they fit what I'm looking for! thanks for the recommendations and it's amazing you are partnering with environmental organisations! 💕
Monica, I love your videos. Thank you for researching these games for us. I've added What Remains of Edith Finch to my wishlist. I believe I had seen it before but definitely thought it was type of horror game! Would you consider adding the titles of the games you mention to the description box (if not this one maybe future videos)? No, worries if the answer is no! I can see how that would be such a tedious task! 🧡
First time watching one of your videos. Those butterfly clips are so adorable. I have Beacon Pines on my wish list, as well as Dorfromantik, which comes out next week. I'll have to check out Strange Horticulture. Sounds interesting.
i’m playing it currently! i’ve included it in past anticipated lists but i haven’t played enough hours yet to feel comfortable recommending it, but i do really like it so far 💞
Why seek out a recommendations video for cozy games if you're not looking for cozy games? We can't all be playing Elden Ring all day every day. Different strokes for different folks.
I honestly don't see what's cringe about her videos? If you don't like her vibe, just skip them. The great thing about RU-vid is that there is sooo much free content to enjoy about what you like specifically. No need to send hate to someone who's just minding their own business and spreading positivity. :)
thank you for recommending beacon pines i just finished it and i loved it! if you like games that take place within books you should check out lost words: beyond the page 💞
Love these videos of yours!! All were great suggestions! I personally love Ooblets, I played it 2 years ago on pc and so happy it’s come to the switch 🥲 I’m not 100% sure that it would be your kind of game but the quirkiness and adorable creatures and objects are so worth checking out
