Oh, my, Maranda…your soup looks amazing! I do my pumpkin in a roaster pan with a little water, scoop it out, food process it, and freeze it! I got about 15 cups this year, so it will last a while. I use canned milk in my pies…my aunt’s and grandmother’s recipe. Cindi (from WV)

The fall colors are beautiful! We have had a beautiful fall as well here in Missouri, but we had a hard freeze last night and a strong wind and things are changing fast now. I am going to try that vegetable soup! Looks Yummy!

Yes I didn’t add that to my recipe because I didn’t make the pie crust she shares. I made a gluten free pie crust from a different website because I’m gluten free 😊
