My adjustments- I used maple syrup instead of honey and coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. I also reduced the temperature to 325 degrees and baked for 1 hour and 30 minutes. You may need to bake it up to 2 hours, you’ll know it’s done when you can stick a toothpick and it comes out mostly dry (it won’t be fully dry but it also shouldn’t be super doughy) If you notice the top is browsing but it’s still not fully cooked in the center then lightly cover the top with foil and check it every 5 minutes
