You are just the sweetest Evelyn 💟 Your decor is magnificent. The way you arrange it all, is so elegant. Thank you for the little tutorial on downloading from Etsy. I appreciate it because I haven't done that yet and your info really helps! I think you encouraged a lot of Mothers out there by showing your everyday life situation with children. Letting them know that the perfect and tidy spaces they see on youtube is not necessarily the reality of everyday life. Our children grow so fast and giving them the opportunity to play and have fun when they are small and showing them love through our actions is pricless. Stunning!!! Thank you for sharing the real life version as well... I have a 4yo and our living room is lined with toys. I love how you've been able to tuck them away while being right there to play. Looks so good. Love the honesty about the couch and rug and reality with the toys. You just helped a lot of people feel "normal"! haha In a future video I'd love to see the camera pull back and show the full book case with both sides decorated at the same time. It was shown at the beginning empty, but not at the end. I just can't let go until I see both sides. 😂 (And thanks for the reminder on the TV art. I love that tip and always forget to do it. You can put up a crackling fireplace too!

My living room looks just like your “real life living room” on a daily basis! I have a 12 year old, 4 year old and a 14 month old. Currently, I can’t have anything styled on my coffee table because my 14 month old loves to pull it all off 😅 Everything looks beautiful, even more so with all the toys ❤

Your living room looks beautiful. I just had a friend over this morning after our walk, the house is a disaster with Costco haul on the kitchen island, sofa all disarray, amazon boxes, etc. etc. and I'm like this is what my house looks like when I'm not expecting company. 😆 Life is life, our homes are meant to be lived in, not to be showrooms. Although, when they're clean and tidy so is are our minds and spirits.

Maybe someone has already recommended it to you, but we too have a modular sectional that doesn't click together and we have the X-Protector brand (cheaper) of Gorilla Non-Skid Furniture pads for ours. The modules do not budge and we don't have a rug underneath. I didn't even use the full square, I cut it on the diagonal for each corner. They're amazing! Even on recliners, and rugs too.
