This was extremely on spot! I am currently healing from body dysmorphia. Letting go of a belief that I am ugly that I have held for the past 15 years. I have come SO FAR, especially in the past couple of months. But today, especially in the past 2 hours or so, I have been feeling a very physical sensation in the body from this belief. I recognize the feeling so much, like a pressure in my solar plexus, almost a feeling of something sucking my power away. There is also a feeling of contraction and fear in my chest and belly. This feeling would just not go away, so I was just sitting with it during your whole video, trying to just let it be and observe it from a neutral place, and then you say at the end of the video that this is exactly what we need to do to clear it. Thank you ❤❤❤ I also resonate so much with "accepting the ugly" instead of forcing ourselves to feel beautiful all the time. I read a great quote the other day: "You can only be beautiful when you are no longer afraid to be ugly."

I have been practicing sitting with the feelings for years with a practitioner and recently I am doing it alone. I was missing the part with the movement though. And that heavy energy is in the throat area for me also. I had no idea or guidance but felt like making sounds and moving. So, thanks for confirmation! 💚💚💚

Am going to do some calls to ask for some work and going to face my fears :D so yes am also moving forward. Today I figure out that after having self love, you can start to develop or install in yourself confidence and when I notice my back started to get align and more straight and I started to breath and cry for a bit while doing some exercises as I came to this realization. Good stuff.
