SHOW POOLS are FULL from the START of STREAM and is only refilled if redeemed
Once a show is picked from SHOW POOL it can't be picked inless someone redeems bringing back the SHOW POOL
If a show is picked from 2 POINT option, the risker of the points must WIN in order to risk that option again the next show
otherwise a 3 SHOW COOLDOWN will be iniatied if they lose but after they win they choose not to risk again that option again to avoid a cooldown if a loss occurs
