I could not agree with you more about the Salty Days Sweater! I am working on finishing the body and I am so in love with it. I too, would love to knit it in other colors and try other fabrics. It is just stunning! You gave excellent advice about the pattern for someone who would be considering knitting it!

😂I know it was so crazy like I said no time to give any love to my other wips. And I actually knitted it and blocked in two weeks because all the work I did the first week I had to frog I wasn’t happy with the collar width so I frogged and casted more stitches and then it was smooth sailing after that. Hi there! I’m just wondering about your Sunday socks! You made me want to knit them lol but when I looked at the pattern it says the pattern is for Aran weight yarn but I think you said you were using DK. And you are using the larger needles for Aran weight yarn? Are you modifying the pattern??
Hi! Haha yes make them you’ll love them. That 2 x 2 ribbing is everything and I love that the leg is long and you can fold over or just scrunch them 😍 yes I’m making them with DK weight using my 4mm circulars and no I didn’t modify it. I’m making the size (36-37) size. They are perfect.
@SweaterWeatherPodcast yes definitely and you can even do a 4.5mm if you have and you can create a tighter fabric if you like. You know less ease. I don’t have tiny circulars in 4.5mm (and didn’t want to do magic loop) but like I said completely happy with the fit with the 4mm.
@@loveoffibers I’m like you… I love 2x2 ribbing. I love the look and the fit. Also I have been fan of Kutavakika since she was doing photography videos and was so thrilled when she changed her focus to knitting. I love that she releases tutorials with her patterns. I have some of her sweaters in my queue too! 🥰
