I always find the hardest part of fitness is just showing up. Set a goal of just 15 mins of moderate intensity a day. once you create a habit of small fitness goals you can build from there. You just have to get in the habit. LOL I come to your channel for study and reset motivation and here I am giving advice 😂😂
@@legallykait dad is dying slowly of cancer in whole body and organs! Lost 10 pounds in 2 months went on lexapro for anxiety 😟 it is a hard time in life but I am managing to see it through with obligations such as school being a mom and being there for family and friends! Having a support system is a gift from GOD!!!!! I enjoy your videos you are one tough cookie and smart too!!the semester is marching on, isn’t that amazing? U R there about to start your life!!!
