Fall fishing for tautog (blackfish, tog) can be incredible. In this video I show a single morning kayak fishing for tautog in New Jersey. I go through the tactics, equipment and bait I used to have non-stop action. Tautog fishing is often a numbers game as you pick through the shorts to find the keepers. Today was no exception. Lots of tog, and a couple other species thrown in as well.
