There is no way eating and drinking this many combinations of medicinal mushrooms everyday is healthy. Spreading it out throughout the week instead of trying to use all the products at once would be better. I think doing the sponsorship in this format was unwise. Recipe video with the products would be good though.
You are correct. Some people can even be allergic to them. As good as mushrooms are the source is important since mushrooms are recyclers and pull a lot of contaminants from where they grow.
Everyone is talking about the amount of mushrooms she's eating but heck screw that *PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH ACTIVATED CHARCOAL* like in the drink she had at the start, if you're on any medications it pretty much nukes them, so if you're on any sort of daily medication (and yes this includes things like insulin for type 1 diabetics and the contraceptive pill) *please do not eat activated charcoal*
yeah, I don't know why people put it now in everything, even on bread and ice cream, traditionally charcoal was a remedy used for treating poisoning. And because I'm on birth control I wouldn't risk to weaken its effect.
I usually enjoy her videos, but this one is sadly kind of shady imo. GUYS - you do NOT need $50 mushroom powers to be healthy. You do NOT need expensive trends to be healthy. Drink water, sleep 8 hours, eat healthy and balanced meals, exercise! This is a person and a company only trying to sell unnecessary products to you.

A meaty diet does not suit everybody, the reason why she eats vegan is because it suits her gut that helps clear her acne/skin problems and also reduces her anxiety. I don't think a physically weak person would be able to do pushups which she can btw that too on a surf board!
This is a person who's giving you homemade organic food right from her mom's garden, you don't wanna add the advertised powders then don't she has specifically mentioned the powders to be an "additional benefit" rather than compulsion in the given recipes/diet. All you saw were the advertised products in this video but chose to ignore the actual foods and recipes she shared!
so you start your day with charcoal? .. activated charcoal is good for "detox" - yeah ...but you will consume this to manage an urgent poisoning or overdose not to "detox" we want to see it on this channel... activated charcoal obsorbs evertything - so every vitamins minerals etc. ... idk this "charcoal" drink ist the best way to start your day..

Should not consume such high quantities of mushrooms in one sitting. It can cause havoc to your liver. I do hope that you didn’t just eat all of what was shown in your video, you didn’t have near enough protein or other nutrients. I do understand everyone’s body is different, but as your viewers care for you, do care for yourself as well!!
I love your videos, but please don't use aluminium foil for baking! Aluminium is one of the most environmentally damaging materials you can use. There is utter wasteland left behind the bauxit extraction and the process of turning it into aluminium demands unbelievable amount of water and dangerous chemicals. Its not as bad as plastic but you can just use baking paper.
You can even get reusable baking sheets these days which again is so much better for the environment. To replace cling film or tinfoil for food storage I use wax sheets. They are reusable sheets made from cloth and beeswax that cling to whatever you wrap with it. The heat from your hands softens the wax and makes it cling and mould to the shape of whatever you're wrapping. And when you're done with it you simply wash it and reuse.
You can also get a silicone cover for baking covered dishes. But maybe there is a better option than that? I think it's better than foil since it is reusable.
This video is disturbing :( I LOVED your old videos „draw my life”, „updated haircare”, faves, etc. They were just so genuine. The new ones look like adverts. It’s really sad but I get it that in order to spend so much time and energy on creating content you have to make some money from it.
Yes they are EVERYWHERE. I honestly don't blame youtubers for taking the sponsorships at all but i do wish the companies themselves would spread out the adverts a bit. it's wayy to much when like half the people you follow all post the same sponsorship within days lol

Modern day foods no longer can be the only supplement. Even if you are eating all organic veggies they no longer have all the minerals that they used to. Because of our modern-day farming practices for example we continue to grow vegetables on one land. That depletes all minerals out of them and the minerals from the soil is what mineralizes those veggies. The real way we are supposed to farm is Farm on one land side and then give that land a restand farm in a different area. But we no longer do that we Farm in the same plot of land and we just add fertilizer. That is why are vegetables no longer have all the minerals that we need to survive on Alone to be healthy.
I love the beach false, they are missing some nutrients but not to any amount that you would need supplements for. especially when you pee out most of the supplement. whole foods are all you need

I was really excited to see what you eat in a day given that you are the reason that my health journey started a few years ago but this feels so false. Like I feel you only made this video because of the sponsorship. Idc if you are sponsored, in fact I think it’s good when you are, but lately it feels like you only make a video because of sponsorship and not because you actually want to share the content.
There is conflicting evidence that charcoal is not safe for everyday consumption. No one will know the effects of consuming charcoal until people 50+ years from now start developing issues. There’s so much science behind all of this that many people do not have the education to understand. For example, a chemical/substance in charcoal could inhibit the binding receptors for a certain enzyme in the liver which causes this specific issue over many, many years. How could anyone possibly know that right now? These people are basically guinea pigs! This goes for a lot of these new health foods.
@@Lily-xg4xl Charcoal does creep me out a little bit as it's traditionally used for emergencies. To remove something from your system immediately. I've been watching holistichabits for quite a while and believe that holistic methods have a place in improving people's health. Now just through these more frequent videos that are straight up ads have kinda opened my eyes what a huge business health is. And I should be more vigilant. I really don't mind putting some money on something that could/kinda works but in limits. Like these mushroom coffees and rose nectars ARE EXPENSIVE ,yikes! And this whole charcoal thing could potentially be dangerous.

Hello from Finland, I have been watching your videos really long time and I like them a lot. You’re voice is so shooting :) and you’re content is so inspirational. I just want to say to other viewers here that in Finland we eat a lot of mushrooms and pick them from the forests. Our nature is really pure and mushroom are part of our cultural foods..like mushroom salad, or soup etc. Mushrooms contain a lot of minerals that are hard to get some where else, for example selenium. Some people with sensitive stomach can have some mild issues with mushrooms, because they melt slowly in the stomach ( if processed differently can by more suitable for sensitive stomachs, like soup form). Otherwise mushrooms are rich in flavor, minerals and one of the oldest natural foods you can eat.
Four sigmatic is so overpriced and the powders don’t even have high enough concentrations to be as beneficial as they claim. I love your videos but you should do more research on the things you’re promoting to your audience. Unnatural vegan has an extremely in depth video on it.
Too much mushrooms in one day are bad and these powders are so expensive. You can get all the nutrients by consuming the mushrooms than powdered ones. Also why dont you add disclaimers as adaptogens are dangerous for certain people. Do you do research or just read and believe everything? And why dont you speak in your normal voice ? :/ It seems so fake and ingenuine.

If I used all those mushroom powders as freely as you do in those recipes I would be broke in a month. Those are crazy expensive. I can see using them in a couple of the ways every so often, but I hope your viewers don’t think they have to do what you did in one day.

As someone who just watcher several of her videos in one go, I also noticed all these aspects where she was just trying too hard. But in her defence, it also seems like she is trying to please her followers. Her older videos didn't have this overdone camera work with everything on slo-mo all the time, the overly cutesy voice, and extremely high focus on aesthetic (to a point where content becomes secondary). But whenever she did any of this things, for example the Dyson unboxing with the (accidental?) box-opening ASMR, she got SO MANY comments on her voice being soothing and how people liked it. And gradually, as she focused on aesthetic, people also complimented it. It seems to me that this video is just her attempt to cram all of those notes into one upload and just going way too far. Honestly, if people want ASMR, there is MORE THAN ENOUGH on youtube. That's why on this comment section people are unhappy about it, bc this is supposed to a channel that offers content. I also disliked this video and the unrealistic "what I eat". I understand having to make some sponsorships here and there, but it would have been better and more hones to just have made a video talking about the products.

I’ve tried the mushroom hot cacao with reishi too, it’s REALLY nice and something I’d save them for a weekly hot chocolate rather than for every evening mainly because of the cost. I found it quite sweet so I now use half a sachet rather than the full one :)
I have seen about 4 or 5 sponsored videos by Four Sigmatic. We even sell the brand at the health food store I work at. I love Holistic Habits and I love Four Sigmatic, they're both great but yes I do think these sponsorship's are a bit much! I just wish people mentioned they liked it without being sponsored ! AND yes mushrooms are amazing for you but this would be too much to have all day everyday. Just stating the facts! I do love their products though and Sarah is lovely, I don't blame either for doing what they got to do ! This video was very inspiring to eat healthy and delicious all day !
