are falling film chillers and falling film evaporators same? please let me know if there is any difference

Chiller is the whole system whereas the evaporator is a part where the heat load to be taken away transferred to the working fluid.

Shouldn't it be 5m-25m?

Here we are considering diameter of pipes (not length). The pipe diameters are typically 5-25 cm.
