So, it was probably easier to just use the VCS mod for SA to achieve all this. You clearly don’t understand modding. Or how to use complete sentences apparently.

And in the GTA 3 trilogy, it should consume the player's life when he is swimming, because according to the game's story, water is contaminated, and it would make a lot of sense if it consumed the character's life
