I watched a longer 9 minute version of this kayaking pleasure. The ultra soothing music that is played with the kayaking, eases up tension and reduces my chronic discomfort. ❤️❤️❤️
Kayaking is legitimately so much fun I wish I was better at it. I recommend it to anyone but make sure you go on a day with good weather that won’t get you sunburned.
A comment on the plastic Road situation, plastic roads are much more expensive and plastic can only be reuse a certain amount of times before it just doesn't solidify properly. Asphalt however is very cheap because it is just stones with some tar and it is also infinitely recyclable because all you need to do is add some heat to it then the tar softens to where it can be reapplied to any roads.

I like recycling but this 'solution' of making road surfaces just increases the prevalence of micro plastics. Every time a cars wheels zoom over this road, micro plastics will be emitted into the air we breathe. Not clever in the long run.

It's more about the process than the end result. When you focus, you're in the present, if you get too attached to your past accomplishments, you become fixated on the past and you stagnate. The point of letting go, is to always look forward and live in the present doing what you can and making the most of it.
