Im not excited for the next fallout. Despite the show being amazing Bethesda is an untrustworthy company these days and I’m worried that they will mess up the next fallout
It will have 200 procedurally generated vaults spread across the landscape that you can only fast travel across. You will find that every 3rd vault is exactly the same. WOW!
if you want to "skip the minutmen" or even just skip preston... go ahead and enter the museum, take out the raiders, loot everything, walk right past preston without talking to him, grab the bobblehead.. you can even talk to mama murphy so "dog" becomes "dogmeat" (name inspired by "a boy and his dog" which is on youtube) and you can still get the power armor and everything... the settlements will just join YOU, not the minutmen... about the only thing you can't do is get the quest "old guns" which does mean you lose a special "defense" item for settlements, but you can also go get preston later. altho i still don't get the preston hate, just leave him in sanctuary and don't talk to him.... but you still get rescue missions from random settlers anyway.
My guess is this was released for brand new players only just getting into the game, and this video would hit their algorithm before an older video would. Weird niche to capitalize on but oh well
Straight out of Vault111, I went to Park Street Station to save Nick a few times. But usually I prefer sneaking straight to Pickman Gallery first, as a level1. Fun and challenging, then I go to Old North Church where Deacon says he doesn't know anything about me but still vouch for me lol. Note : if you kill everyone in Sanctuary, Preston obviously turns on you, Codsworth as well. Don't know if they stay mad for a long time or eventually cool down. What I usually prefer doing is either not visiting the Museum of Freedom OR going in just for the power armor, fusion core & bobblehead but completely ignoring Preston. Just don't talk to him at all. He'll say something like : ''are you going to just walk away ??''. And then, peace and quiet in Sanctuary Hills. As long as your settlements have zero population you won't get raided. No infinite silly quests either. (Oh and funny note : if you never reply to Preston in the Museum, the deathclaw never spawns. Lots of raiders on the way out don't spawn either. You can walk out the museum in peace.)
As much as I dislike Preston Garvey as a character I discovered in my current replay that the game progresses A LOT faster and is a lot less tedious if you make him your companion. You can even give him a cooler look
@@gelhope5510 Setup industrial water purifiers in the bodies of water at settlements. The water will generate in your workshop every 48 hours of game time. Just remember the attack probability on your settlement goes up as your resources go up so also balance it with more defense.
My first time fallout 4 since the grn update dropped its a mf vibe i knew i would like it alot, its so mf funny and random at times, walking round looting then out of nowhere a ghoul launched towards me hittin my character😂😂 then another time a bandit outta no where HUH WHAT?? Cause they heard my footsteps 😂 im glad i got this game
is there actually *anyone* who has put a serious amount of time into the game who doesn't already know, if not everything, at least the vast majority? I'd expect most players to know 7 or 8 minimum.
@@babserella2778 that indeed is the one that the most people won't know about I think. I already knew actually from watching a rather better video with rather more obscure things in such as 'Carhenge'
@@fochdion1152 perhaps, but that's not really how it is presented. It starts off the first with "What if you were starting a new playthrough..." indicating that you've completed everything at least once, probably multiple times if you do not "want to bother meeting the Minutemen, much less become their leader" I was just expecting more obscure stuff like maybe car-henge or the crashed UFO rather than 'the glowing sea is pretty dangerous' you know?
I have 1200+ hours in this game (which is tame compared to how many hours other players have). The only thing I didn't know on this list was the fire in Nuka-World. I'm also surprised you didn't have the Yangtze submarine quest on here. I've been playing the game for years and didn't even know it existed until my most recent playthrough a few months ago -- and I only found it because I downloaded the mod called T'Kay's Hideaway that allows you to teleport right to it. Basically...any seasoned Fo4 player knows the majority of "cRaZy" secrets on this list. Spectacle Island? Really? C'mon now. We know about that.
With this being such surface level common knowledge among veteran Fallout 4 players, you should have just called this video "10 Fallout 4 Stuff." It's like Gaming Bolt has never played the game but watched a bunch of RU-vid videos on the topic. You got me thinking about unsubscribing because of how lame your content is.
Soooooo, clickbait nonsense that has nothing “crazy” involved?? Reminds me why I stopped watching long ago. I just thought I’d drop in to see if anything had improved over the years. No, no it hasn’t.
10 years old with a brand new update and massive resurgence of players because of the TV show.... hes right on the money if looking for clicks and views...
