Exactly plus he can upgrade the shroud armor every now and then effectively making the armor one of the best in the game

@@slay-r349 yeah every so often Kent will turn on the silver shroud radio and when you go back to him he will give you an upgrade for the suit but only when the silver shroud radio is active

How do you know that

I find it funny how bad of shots they both are , & how good their clothes are at taking the rounds that do hit . After about the 4th or 5th time playing the game ,I came up to them & just watched . They shot at eachother & danced around cover for over 6mins . Sometimes just A few feet from eachother .I imagine if I hadn't intervened it would've gone on longer . And if I got shot point blank in those clothes ,I'd be dead in less time .

You probably triggered the Art v Art encounter earlier without noticing it. If you walk away and do nothing it will repeat, but the shooting has already begun. One time they were on the overpass near the water treatment plant. I could hear them, but couldn't see them anywhere. Fortunately I was able to find a way up and deal with them. Unfortunately my low charisma just turned the whole thing into a shooting match. I wish, at some point, they would have explained why Art is so important to the Institute to justify replacing him.

Here's what always gets me: THEY SAY IT CORRECTLY IN THE GAME. Aside the fact that it's a very important biblical name (specifically, a whole book), there's even a band name based on it (Better Than Ezra). OR, the simple fact that the Z came before the R. Three cheers for phonetics.

@@returned4good The story of the Band's name is funny. Supposedly, they were in a Battle of the Bands, but didn't have a name. The top fan favorite was Ezra. So, they listed themselves as being "Better than Ezra".

They're an obvious ripoff of Scientology, so killing them is the moral option.

First to Kata1yst definitely same, there is not really anything that telegraphs to you that putting the 4th in will have such dire consequences so I did the same thing. Second to Andrew, I hopefully get where you're coming from, but it really doesn't look good to advocate the deaths of scientologists. But I also know that stuff like that is most harmful to people who are members of groups of that nature. Their access to information is often highly controlled by the leaders of the cult, and the genuine concerns of others are often presented as an attack against them as people, which the comment does kinda imply. And this is also bad for people who have left the cult as it could exasperate feelings of guilt or shame they may have, and in the worst cases it may even lead them back into the cult. I know you probably didn't intend to send that kind of message, and I am not trying to be rude by replying to this, and if I do come off like that I apologize. But I merely wish to educate you on matters like this and hopefully to influence you to be a little more careful in the future. Because no matter what you intend by what you say, there'll always be someone looking to twist your words to fit their narrative.

Tldr: please don't advocate for the deaths of members of cults as it can be very harmful to many people.

I found the two Arts really early in my very first play through on top of a building. I had no idea what was happening nor what they were doing. I didn’t know they were clones so instead of approaching them, I just shot the real art to death with my shotgun and than stabbed the other to death.

Tempenny and Burk had very bad karma and everyone in the Tower had evil karma,and Rob(the ghoul who killed Tempenny) have good karma,so by helping the ghouls you erased one of the most evil factions in Fallout 3

When I saw what they did to Herbert I loaded in a save and went with the norms. They don't like ghouls and the head ghoul doesn't like norms - it's just one of those can't win situations.

It took me, quite a a few tries before I realized you really need to walk out and talk to them to get Kent to survive. When I’m the silver shroud, I’m a shadow and a sneaky killer, and not one to confront people but I wanted to save my radio friend, mainly for the upgrades
