This is amazing work! I patterned my County Crossing after any American strip mall but, you made your County Crossing into an entire downtown neighborhood. Awesome. Some medical stuff slowed me down but, not bring me to a full stop.

I like the Colonial Taphouse, and the Gecko rug. Feels like you have a settler who went to New Vegas at one point in his life.

Most settlement builds I see have woefully deficient defenses. This is an exception. I don't have anywhere near this level of patience for building. I'll remove any garbage that can be scrapped, including debris (mods). I'll put beds and stuff in available intact shelters. Otherwise I have a few very basic buildings I can add. I throw in power and lines for lights. I make sure they produce a surplus of corn, potatoes and mutfruit. I give them a surplus of water. I do virtually no decoration. I do add high end shop stalls, especially bars and traders, as I use the traders myself for raw materials. Where I do put some time is in walled defenses. I don't think I have a single settlement with less than a 100 defense, and that would be a tiny, do nothing settlement with three or four settlers. I have settlements with over 400 defense, and they need it due to the attacks they have to weather (mods). Sanctuary and Echo Lake Lumber produce ~1000 purified water each for instance and attract a lot of attention. The quantity and power level of their attackers are extreme and without absolutely withering turret fire, they would most certainly be overrun. I've not seen a single settlement build anywhere that holds a candle to the defenses I build. Yours here is close to what I would build for an innocuous settlement that does not attract much hostile attention.
