My game just bugged when I found it, they let me in without doing a test or whatever, and I couldn't do that quest that was supposedly there because what's his face didn't spawn. So I killed everyone and took over.

George Harrison With a little luck you still can find random railroad members running around the wastes. Other option is to cheat: Player.additem deliverer 1 = gives the deliverer silenced pistol. Player.additem 000FE268 1 = Railway Rifle

It's because you have low luck and you have the game on a low difficulty. The higher difficulty you play on the better legendary items you get

Nah, Spray-n-Pray is. Demolition Expert+Commando you'll be mopping up a room full of Miruleks or a Deathclaw in less than 3 sec. PLUS the ammo is cheap. Only downside is dont use melee companions because the blast can hurt them

open the terminal go down and click every word you see if it doesn't work back out of the terminal and repeat should take you 1 to 4 attempts that's the fastest way to hack and get it over with aint nobody got time to hack!! hope this helps!
