Fallout 4 - Rebuild the Commonwealth Challenge: Attempt 2 Stream 6 - Fiber optics hunting 

Rules for the Challenge:
1. Survival mode only
2. Not allowed to join any factions
3. Not allowed to use Legendary items that are garunteed (store or quest given) [May give to settlers still]
4. Must rebuild all Settlements.
5. Not allowed into any DLC areas aside from Animatron until you have finished the Commonwealth area.
6. We are allowed to abuse purified water creation to get essentially infinite caps if we wish.
7. All towns must be self sufficient.
8. Can only keep legendaries we find if they are found on stream.
9. Order of completion is as follows for building: Commonwealth, Vault 88, Far Harbor, and then Nuka World
10. When you get to Nuka-World, all restrictions on legendary gear are removed.
