Condominium Build across the majority of Spectacle Island. Apartments for 80+ settlers, with a bar & terrace, workshops, two docks & retail units on the waterfront. In the centre of the island, is the Sole Survivor's main residence, with armoury, arsenal & Power Armour Stores. And the main residence, where most favoured possessions & equipment are kept.
This took an eternity to build and several shipments of concrete for its construction. So much added means that my PS4 really struggles with frame rate. Unfortunately, the game crashes whenever I attempt to fast travel from the island, so I have to swim to The Castle, or Warwick Homestead, if I want to go anywhere else.
