Here is my own tutorial for the PS4 Fallout 4 mod, "SwaPA". "Stupid Work-Around Place Anywhere". I show the difference between RGO and non-RGO items (items you can or cannot use the rug glitch on), and demonstrate how each one can be manipulated with the SwaPA mod to be literally placed anywhere, and in any orientation, on the PS4. I did my best to build off the mod author's original tutorial video and make it as comprehensive as possible.
