Also Strong isn’t against killing Travis, he’s just opposed to assassinating him. He’d probably be okay with it if you just waked up to Travis and shot him. He’d probably love it if you melee’ed Travis to death too.
@@trashyclips4488 Bro if youre doing an Institute run and if youre kinda violent X6 is the best companion. His ruthless attitude with almost no emotion is funny sometimes
What I learned: 1) Sneaky killing wrong. Strong not like that. 2) He's gonna stop you there. They're not amateurs, you know. 3) Ivan, I think they know what they're doing. 4) They'll call the shots and should just get the rest of the intel.
+1981shanrelle Especially since he is just about the cleanest person in the Commonwealth. That is one way to tell someone is a synth. If it looks like they have bathed ever then they are probably a synth. Everyone else is covered in dirt and filth.
Convince him to quit, so the Minutemen can take over Diamond City radio and then we can broadcast all across the Commonwealth of nearby settlements in danger.
Preston: Maybe instead of listening to Diamond City Radio you could tune into the Minutemen frequency, I hear there's a settlement that needs your help
+Jonathan Parker I like that Nick and Piper who live in the city both know him better and their reactions show it. Deacon reacting like that is a hint that he comes by often enough too.
I like how this conversation is just a prank everyone is all like what fuck no even strong hates it then there is danse: alright X8: fine but give us supplies
Codsworth seems like he's having a breakdown over the collective insanity of the Fallout series. Like, he's seen an alien ship crash into the Commonwealth, his master turn into a comic book character, a future that still uses 50's-60's technology with little-to-no advancement, radiation turning people into sentient and feral zombies, SHOULDER-LAUNCHED NUCLEAR PROJECTILES, etc., but he can't fathom the idea of someone in the post-apocalyptic world killing a DJ because he's annoying.
Most companions: "What the fuck dude we're not gonna murder a guy for being a bad DJ" X6-88: *Has a shovel in one hand and bag of quicklime in the other before Vadim finishes his sentence*
Wow, that's new, Hancock dosen't say anything oô but Strong. That was unexpected. Ah Vadim, my dear, why are you just another "unimportant" NPC. you are too cool *sigh*
Funny enough, it was Little Jacob who called me more. And even then Roman didn't call me at all to go bowling, only just to see strippers and play pool. Jacob kept calling and calling me and calling me while Roman called me 3 times by the time I was halfway through the main game. ( I was way past killing Playboy X for his apartment, and I was starting to work with Patrick.)
I have another idea... We can use Travis as our new radio operator at the castle so he can send you to go help out this settlement that needs your help, here i'll mark it on your map, babe.
after youre done with that preston another settlement needs your help only they see you as a hero who saved the minute men here Ill mark it on your map dont turn back when youve entered the gates
+Preston Garvey how 'bout I, instead of helping the settlements you want me to help, send the Prydwen, full of men with fat mans, bombard to them? then what will you do?
Personally Vadim was my favorite in terms of acting. You can tell he's trying to put personality into the character and he's putting himself in his shoes. He even strays from the subtitles to add his own flair.
Garvey: "I have another idea. Just turn off your radio." Me: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love Codsworth's reaction "Know what would also be quick and painless? Turning off the radio!" "Why don't you just turn off the radio!?" Codsworth is fucking awesome.
Wait! If you wait and listen longer before going off to kill Travis it turns out they were only joking?! No wonder they wouldn't speak to me about it or pay me and the quest fails, I just go off and kill Travis. Eh.
The benefit is that you keep all the songs but lose the news updates. This also works for 3 Dog. There is a bug that you can get from one of the DLCs that will lead to 3 Dog saying nothing but random words. So this trick is a quick fix for that.
