Thank you for giving a timestamp. All the morons quoting the 16 times the detail can't be bothered giving a timestamp cause they are so busy being jerk offs. lol
@@tanzimurrahman8923 Not necessarily. Before he says that infamous line, he quietly says (as quiet as you can be with a mic presenting to a sizeable live audience) "it allows us to have" as some lawyer-speak so that he's _technically_ telling the truth in the same way that I'm allowed to go use the bathroom during college classes even if I don't, while finally blurting out the line "16 TIMES THE DETAIL" so people would hear that loud and clear to make them excited for how amazing this game would supposedly look.
Yeah this is what happens when Companies capitalize on their IPs to appeal to non-fans, instead of trying to actually create a good RPG like their FANS want. This is an obvious cash grab to try and entice people who haven't played Fallout, or play Fallout for the "shooting".
Fuckers'll cheer anything. Todd Howard: "With the release of Fallout 76, Bethesda employees will be *legally* entitled to come into your homes to sit on your couch, eat your food and yes, even steal your things!". Crowd: "Wooooo!"
Honestly I'm so torn in the middle with FO76. I think as long as the single player is a solid fallout experience then I'll be happy. But on the other hand I would like to be able to chill with my friend in our own world, none of this survival pvp stuff.
Or maybe you can chill the hell out and not count your chickens before they hatch? All this pessimism is really ticking me off. FO NV and FO 3 aren't going anywhere. Wait for reviews to come out before you piss on everyone's parade. Skepticism is fine but that doesn't mean you can't be excited.
Regular human even tho he said u won’t see servers just load in most likely they will put in a feature that lets u load in solo and invite friends if u want it
There is no single player. It's solo entirely different. You can play solo in ark and rust but it's not recommended. There won't be NPCs or anything so yeah. This game will kill the fallout name.
A person on the internet and the ones being picked on can do the same... the server could gang up on them.. nothing they can do about getting ganged by 20 plus people at once.
**INCOMING MESSAGE FROM THE FUTURE** WARNING. ERROR. DO NOT PURCHA- ERROR. SYSTEM INITIALIZING. ERROR. DO NOT PURCHASE FALLOU- 76- ERROR. DISCONNECTED FROM SERVER.
Already debunked. The lore says that Europe was completely decimated by Civil War where the bombs put an end to the continent, as well as China that was destroyed after the US launched a devastating invasion and finished them off with nukes. Russia was already failing and had completely destroyed themselves at that point, it was basically already a wasteland.
I like that the player they killed was called “P.Garvy”. Good joke Bethesda. Anyway, I have only one real question - How will Vats work? Do we still have it?
You can't have VATs in a multiplayer game. It can't be done. VATs slows down time - it would have to slow it for everyone on the map every time a player wanted to use it. Not feasible. Fallout 76 will be pure FPS.
Only way I see vats working is in pve only. They could explain it away as other pipboys block it in pvp. Or that it is gone entirely as the older model pipboys didn't have vats.
Goodbye world Goodbye necks Goodbye body Goodbye heads Bugs, bugs, bugs everywhere Server crashes Game crashes Old bugs imported from Fallout 4 Use more than one nuke at a time? Server's dead Textures far too textrous An all-consuming void Error Log 3:0:7 Can't pick up stuff Can't stop asserting dominance with a T-pose Framerate problems Screen tear problems Getting too swole Getting underneath the map Getting attacked by invisible enemies Spawning too many enemies (kinda speaks for itself) Spawning too many god rays Also your C.A.M.P. resets after every session And sometimes it goes underwater Holotapes randomly play static But too many holotapes mean none of them will play Enemy A.I. is far more A. than I. Animations are broken Surprise! Floating objects And a "Traveling Merchant"
I can heavily disagree with most of these. Games is pretty fine at this moment, no it's not Dead. You press the button to join in a world/lobby withing 2 seconds you are in with people playing and be around the map plus you can visit their camps/house and trade get stuff etc. Public Events are really active and usually half the lobby is participating. Picking up loot is OK no problems for me at all. Ai is OK not the best but also not the worst. The game is also still updated and alive, it also gets almost every year a free big expansion adding stuff ect. There are too many missions to do main/optional/event/daily. There is always something to do. Even if you play too much you can then experiment with different builds play against stronger enemies and maybe build a house with lot of stuff?? Therefore the game is also alive from the moment they also celebrate Easter with challenges etc. The animations sometimes could be weird but I think they can fix them. As an example is that the bullet cases sometimes on some guns you don't see them pulled out from the gun when on first person then on 3rd person you can see it and sometimes the opposite. At the end, yes the game sometimes crashes but if you have an sad or new Gen console you load up back really fast plus if you are on a team I think you can join back on this team you were on. Final verdict? Well the game as I knew at launch was bad but now it's really decent 👌. If they add cross play, that would be amazing!!
A map 4 times as big doesn't mean jack shit unless there is also 4 times the content, and I really don't see that happening considering how sparce the fallout games usually are compared to the world size.
I also wonder if it has dungeons and interior maps. Bethesda gives us a loading screen for every fucking tiny hut, that also makes the world gigantic. If all this is gone in fallout 76 then it isn't as big as todd makes it out to be.
Hopefully, he can look back on this in a year or two and laugh at the biggest fuck up he ever made and all the bull shit lies he has told on stage in the past along with it.
I just hope that there is a true “solo” option/invite-only servers. I’d love to play with my friends, but I don’t need some troll to come online and blow up my base that I worked hard on.
BoringMan You mean the game that is basically completely different, in a completely different setting, with completely different enemies, locations, quests, etc? Sure, but I'd also like to play this one....alone.
BoringMan what do you mean doubtful? It’s not an MMO. They already said that they’re gonna split up people into servers similar games like GTA Online. I don’t think invite-only sessions are much of a long-shot. I think the true solo mode might be, but still maybe.
Smeaxyskittles ya boy Todd Howard literally just said. "You won't even see a server when you play". Sure you can play with friends in the same game. Yet others will be in the game. Same with playing "solo". If you want to play exclusively by yourself just play Fallout 4. I don't understand the obsession with playing a multiplayer game like this by yourself it defeats the whole purpose.
whats the difference between solo online mode and singleplayer?? u just have to be connected to the internet i guess.. so if u have internet u can play singleplayer
Well now I know why reconstruction in the fallout universe failed horribly. Vault-Tec gave civilians access to NUCLEAR MISSILES and encouraged them to USE THEM AS THEY PLEASE! No wonder there is no greenery left other than irradiated objects, thanks a lot Vault-Tec.
I'll never forget the moment Todd said it's "all online." That is how to demolish a billion dollar company who made their money off incredible single story games over a decade.
Fallout is one of my favorite game series. And I think it's cool to change it up a bit. it's one game for multiplayer. And who knows when Fallout 5 comes out it might make it seem that much better
He didn't say especifically "You can play solo but you will be still online". So don't give that for granted either. The way he talked about Solo-mode, in my opinion, its like if he's talking about your REGULAR as always Fallout single player experience.
You obviously havent been reading on this much have you? I said they are dedicated to allowing your own PRIVATE SERVERS. You choose if you want someone in it or not.
Email Account im really excited for this game all they need to do is make sure there arnt many bugs, bring back more rpg elements, and add more unique weopons
No offence to the online game players who love the those supposed new online game mode. I am a simple guy. I only need a SOLO, advanced Fallout series game. Please do not put so much effort on the multiple-player mode, but the game mode and quality of itself. We have too many online games which were changed from solo family games these years.
chanseed I'm pretty sure it's going to be like gta 5. They are going to push a few half assed updates for solo. But are going to spend all the time updating the multiplayer
Todd Howard said this game was entirely multiplayer, i.e no single player. Sure there might be solo play, but you're still playing online, where there might be other players teamed up. I'd assume this means griefing, no modding and toxic players that kill everyone on sight.
ENTIRELY ONLINE. Not ENTIRELY MULTIPLAYER There’s a huge fucking difference. Entirely online is just needing an internet connection even when playing entirely on your own. Which means that any progression made will be saved to the servers so you can join multiplayer later a save your progression. ENTIRELY MULTIPLAYER is the total inability to play solo at all. Which Todd literally said there will be a solo mode.
I want to play this game, it looks fun, and the ash heap in particular looks amazing, but I’m afraid the second I walk out the door I’ll be ambushed by xXxSW4GB4LLZ420xXx with a Gatling laser and full set of power armor.
M'aiq is cautiously optimistic. Always online usually mean hacker's paradise on PC. M'aiq just wanted to play with friends, not everyone else. At least Todd Howard did say that we can still play solo. M'aiq hopes for private friends only servers.
Playing Solo means that you will still be online in the multiplayer world you will just be doing the quests and activities by yourself but there are still other players around.
1. You people cheer for everything… 2. If you happened to read that your games are buggy why don't you fix them...? 3. If you are tied to a server and stuff I wonder how they will handle nukes and base locations and stuff - if I put down a base I always want it to be there - but what if I am moved to a different server and someone else already has a base there? Also, I want my nuke craters to be permanent but I assume they won't?
I'm feeling positive yet skeptical about Fallout 76. Looks like it could be a ton of fun or a bit of a shitshow, but either way this is an ambitious move and I can respect that.
@@thegrimyeaper Seriously, people act like these "minor bugs" happen 24/7 to everyone and they don't. Updates to fix them all anyways are coming the 4th and the 11th of December.
>Watches showcase of Bethesda >Gets to the trailer for Fallout 76 >Ad pops up for Fallout 76 with no skip button Keeping it real RU-vid, not that I was planning to skip
If they had to add multiplayer, why couldn't it have been local? I would've loved to be able to play fallout with my friends and LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE.
Well there is NO campaign or proper questlines and no factions. The overseer will act ike the Minutemen faction repetitives quests ( go kill that, return this sample of this, get xp repeat again and again ). There is nothing to do if it's not for the multiplayer aspect to develop roleplay elements toward others players.
