yes if you scrap all the guns at eviction notice you get 1400 steel, load barring gives you 500 steel, uranium fever gives 600 steel and west tek gives you a few hundred (i forgot the exact number) just make sure scrapper is equiped so you can get the most out of scrapping weapons. also the foundation outpost right next to eviction notice has a workbench to scrap weapons so you can easily scrap and unload the steel into your scrapbox.
