Fallout: All Pre-War ads!

ugh. 36 minutes and 39 seconds of ads. RU-vid really needs to fix their ads.

"Our country has bullies too." 3 Second pause.... "Wow really?" gotta love that authentic 1950's style acting.

It's funny how prewar commercials knew exactly what mutants would exist after the war. It's almost as if they had already created these creatures using FEV before the war. Hmmm.

Those of us that are still alive on October 23 2077 will probably remember fallout

Whoever did these ads did a great job of making look dated, music, crackling audio & all.

One thing i love about FallOut the most is that it's basically the futuristic 50's-60's. They have advanced technology, but they still use 50's styled clothes, cars, houses, TVs, music and etc.

Does anyone else want to take these ads back to the late 40's and make America think nuclear war will happen, imagine how much money you would make...

The whole post-apocolytic side of the game is all fine and dandy, but I was always more fascinated by the pre-war side of the game. I loved the beginning part of fallout 4, though it's a shame it didn't last very long.

why we can't have this kind of commercials anymore, they're so more entertaining than a commercial that tries to be legit with you.

I really hate when my ads are interrupted by ads

In Washington DC, they say "Prepare for the future", In Moscow we say "Fear the future"!

I adore the Fallout 3 commercials. They are so authentic and true to the 1950's style that they could blend in to a line up of real life vintage 50's ads. The "Go Metro" ad is particularly brilliant with the music and smooth, friendly voice narration.

The ad at 5:10 can be found being played in the soul survivors house on the tv before the nuclear bomb announcement

The one thing the pip boy commercial does not say: IT DOES NOT COME OFF

That one about the Timmy blowing up his bully and killing them is so on the dot. It’s like a real controversial old ad. Think about how terribly it would have ahead of it were a real tv ad.

While I was waiting for fallout 4 to download, the "special" videos were playing on repeat. Almost like I was watching it on tv!

The analog horror of some of these is incredible, and some are just awesome because most of them are not even made with CGI.

For anyone wondering about the mutants. In fallout 76 you can visit West Tek and they were making mutants with FEV before the bombs fell. You can fully explore the place and see super mutants in tube tanks showing how they were grown

The Ads slowly become less convincing as 50's style ads over time it seems

A protected family is a good family. Remember to always give Your kids a Nuke so they can defend the family. An undefended family will end up as monsters that have lost the ability to reason. Make sure Your family is defended from such grief by letting the kids defend with Nukes. :P

gotta admire the pure dedication of the pre-war in game universe for commiting HARD to the 1950s aesthetic for over 100 years lmao

the fact that the fallout universe has advanced fusion, robotic, bio mechanical, and weapons technology but no good editing, color tv and decent acting is beyond me

Fallout Technology be like: Power Armors, Plasma Guns, Laser Guns, Robots who do your homework, Nuclear Battery Cars, but black and white TV.

I love this game so much, that I bought the Bluetooth Pip-Boy. Best purchase I've ever made.

The end of all the pre war stuff in fallout 3 is kinda scary

It's ironic how vault Tec knew about raiders, feral ghouls, super mutants, radscorpians and such before the bombs even dropped

The ad at 11:25 seems like it would be a post-war ad possibly put together by someone or some group in a vault. I imagine some vault which sent out teams of researchers and scavengers out into the wasteland to research life outside the vault and to gather supplies and technologies to make vault life easier, and after researching and discovering the creatures that inhabit the wasteland and returning to the vault this tape was made as part of a training course for those in the vault preparing to leave to inform them of what they should expect to encounter out in the wasteland. It just doesn't strike me as a prewar ad because I don't think even Vault Tec would be able to accurately predict the types of mutated creatures that would exist in a post-nuclear wasteland.

i would love to see a dlc in fallout 4 of just a average dude pre war going to work and living a normal life

I found the prepareforthefuture parts at the end of all the Fallout 3 ads really creepy. I wanted to see what the website was like but the Wayback Machine doesn't work with it too well. Anyone got any snapshots?
