Fallout Games Get a 5 Million Player Boost from the TV Series - IGN Daily Fix

In today's Daily Fix:
The success of Prime Video's Fallout series has not only earned it a second season, but the game franchise saw a significant bump in activity since the show debuted. Overall, 5 million players logged in some time across all the Fallout games, including the original non-Bethesda entries. Fallout 76 in particular saw one million players wandering the Wasteland in a single day. Quite the turnaround for a game that had a very rough launch. In other news, Valve has closed a loophole in their refund policy that went beyond the 2-hour window Valve normally allows. And we take a look at a hot sauce inspired by everyone's favorite Sith.

Fallout 3 is supposed to be planned for a remaster isn't it? Betheada dont like to admit Obsidian made a Falloit game with their Fallout engine better than they could. It was just abdly broken and needed more time in the oven that Bethesda wouldn't give obsidian, they wanted NV out asap after 3.

Halo TV show did the opposite effect it actually actively works to diminish the brand. The show is Halo in name only and does not resemble the games at all. Kiki Wolfkill should be fired for another pathetic Halo production.

To be fair there is substantial fallout 76 content this year Most people are just sour on it because of the subscription service and horrible launch And the fact it took so long to get things that should have been in the game in the first place

I’ve been playing their games since fo3 glad that it took this show for people to play them. BUT not looking forward to tomorrow’s update which will most likely break my mod list & ruin my current save file 😂 but it’s cool I’ll fix it later & getting additional content is great
