You saw one of the robots in a sort of background shot in episode 1 at the birthday party. They are called Mr. Handy. They can do gardening and other tasks they come in by default. However due to a quirk in how they are built, if you add in additional programming such as harvesting human organs they still have the built in default first aid routine kick in.
That makes a lot more sense! When I was editing the video I noticed he said 2 months worth and not just 2 vials 🤣only 2 would have been a big ripoff haha - Costi
