Wow! I did not even know that they had a follow up video to Nuclear Monday! This is awesome! Especially seeing the same characters and the reference to the first one too!

Well done. It does portend a confrontation with a foreign power and what it would be like after the nukes. What a sad, frightening future for us.

That was good effect. I've heard stories from US soldiers that have witness these things go off. Strange colors & illumination, & than you hear a quick bang after a couple of minutes went by, not a rumbling explosion, but a sharp ear shattering bang. Leaving you with the ears ringing & the reverberation like thunder all around them. That was good for amateurs!

Back in 1965 I was living in Roseburg Oregon when the sirens went off accidentally and I went to the basement but nobody followed because I was only a kid and the rest of the town people didn't recognize the signal and that was less than 3 years after the Cuban missile crisis how could they forget so soon ? 12:21

If these two are in a house in good shape then so is their town or area which raises somr logical questions that start with they would have neighbors in there good houses. They wouldn't be hiding from all their neighbors. 😊

Unless you have a fully stocked shelter, better to go in the blast. In reality it would be hundreds if not thousands of missiles

Great follow up! So my question is, would the vegetation catch on fire from the heat blast seconds after the detonation? The shock wave blast got there pretty quick showing ground zero was just a few miles away.

Hummm , many people think they would survive a full nuclear strike hence they support such confrontation, however the chances of surviving it are remote , if you consider that after surviving , the blast , the expasive wave and the periferical heat anything that gets flashed or XR by the Gamma would be either immediately destroyed, or in the case of been hundred of milles away have their DNA destroyed, in the most optimistic case surviving for a month or so and perishing the most painful death there is. If so lucky not to be exposed to the previous efect , the fall out , the wind and water contaminated by radiation or gamma exposure, nothing exposed would be edible , the EMP would destroy most generator filtration divises, electronics inside bunkers.

Pretty cool. Now....er, I don't actually have a basement space, but...but, I do have a loft space, which ironically is a little bit more roomy. And a good view of the city. ?

Very unrealistic and typical American view of a total disaster (if we are prepared we survive...). The blast would have crushed all houses, also after 3 months there would be no electricity...and what about the tons of fresh water???
