Risa, I'm 56 and have always been envious of ladies with long lashes since mine are blonde and very short. I tried falsies once years ago and had no clue what I was doing and never tried again. I’m thinking about the Mart tini lashes too I have tried a few times and couldn’t put them on. At my daughters wedding a few months ago the makeup artist popped them right on my eyes and I didn’t even know I had lashes on and they looked so good. I want to wear them lol

I followed Risa's method,worked well for my right eye but no luck for my left eye because I have very poor vision in my right eye. Makes it hard to see in order to do the left eye. So, I'm back to mascara and gave up trying to have long lashes. Good luck!@@jackielewis2932

Risa, I am so happy for you!! No one deserves this more than you. I am 54 and the last 5 years has been a complete 360 degree whirlwind in my life I did not see coming. Anyway I found your channel about that time and it sounds so silly, but that and a couple of other things got me through some horrible stuff. Anyway, I told my daughter 2 weeks ago , I wanted to try some false lashes, never tried them before. And wham!! Your announcement. Needless to say, I started with the corner lashes. The tip about waiting for the glue to set is the THE ONE most important thing. You can hold it in front of your magnifying mirror and watch for the glue to change from wet looking to matte texture. Then just plop them down and they will grab. Practice at a time when you aren't going out and you have time to practice. I wear my Kiss Wispy lashes every day. They are so pretty and natural looking. I’ve never tried lashes because a) removal seemed intimating and b) I (mistakenly) thought it required a liquid eyeliner (also intimidating). I needed this detailed tutorial. Thank you so much, Risa! I'm 73 (hello, Risa's Mom ☺️You looked beautiful!) and am trying to use a little less eye shadow but still want my eyes to pop! I've never put lashes on myself with glue. I've used the magnetic ones and new press on little fill-ins. I've applied a lot of lashes with glue on my daughter during her years of dance competitions though. I ordered Martini and Day Club. So happy there's a clear glue and you give it your seal of approval for sensitive eyes. That's one big reason why I've shied away from glue ons! Can't wait to get my lashes! 🫶

Great video! This is the best application video I've ever seen. I planned to try Martini, but, after seeing this, I may need them all. The mag mirror is so important. I use the Floxite at 15x for all of my grooming and makeup application. Plus they make a 10x travel version. It's critical. And the Floxite is very lightweight and easy to move around the house. More so than the one you have. Cheaper too. Thank you so much for this. 💚

Congratulations on your new Lashes. I started wearing lashes last year mine are stubby fine and straight, I thought I could never wear lashes. I'm so glad you did this video. I didn't realize that your supposed to glue underneath the lashes. So I tried it today. And it was so much easier getting them on & they looked right. Thank you so much. Best wishes on your lashes.

Hi Risa, I began wearing false eyelashes because of you. You gave me the confidence to do so. I am almost 57 and have very sparse eyelashes. Wearing falsies make such a big difference. I can’t wait to try your lashes!
