Happy birthday henry 🎉 i always enjoy your videos.. Here's to many more year's and city walks.. Your videos are great always wonder why it doesn't get more views..
Thank you so much 😀 Keenin. I wonder the same thing. I think partly it's because I have a variety of relatively unknown locations compared to other channels that stick to London or NYC or Toronto. Also, my talking isn't for everyone. Thanks for your support though. All the best. -H
Hi Randy, Yeah, I would have done it this week but we got some snow and I don't have the best vehicle for that road in bad weather. Soon, hopefully. -H
Hey Henry. Happy birthday. I think that makes you about 9 months older than me. Congratulations on surviving your first year of being half a century old. I can relate to the false spring, as we are expecting a snow storm tomorrow. Did you read about the French company that created an e-bike that doesn't require a battery? I will share the link in the Patreon messages. Take care.
Hi Tom, I saw the headlline but didn't read the article. I just saw that you sent it via Patreon. Many Thanks! All the best to you and hang in there until real-spring. -H
Hi Rose. Thanks so much for there are two links in the description. One is for PayPal and the other is Ko.fi Both of these should allow one time contributions. Thanks again! -H
HI Wesley, I used to post a gear list in the youtube description but I'm often experimenting with different tools so I stopped. BUT, you've inspired me to put a page on my website that will talk about gear. I'm hoping to do that today. -H
@@gadfanad Hi Wesley. Here's a start on it. I may have gotten a bit carried away but the current setup is at the top: citywalksvirtualtours.com/camera-gear-and-software-i-use/ Hope that helps. I'm hoping to include older setups as well but it's a time consuming process. -H
@@CityWalks Henry! Thanks so much! I gave it a quick glance over, and I'm looking forward to reading more in depth later this weekend. Sorry if you answered this on your site already: where do you mount/hold the camera while filming, especially in cities? I've started playing with an Insta360 gimbal with an iPhone, but I'm still working out the kinks.
@@gadfanad Hi Wesley, It's not on the site but this is a great question I'll try to remember to answer there when I get a chance. In the mean time, I generally hold the camera about chest height and a little bit out in front so I can see the screen. There are times I might change that to be a little more inconspicous but generally that's how I do it. Cheers. -H
