one thing i love about the new paired weapons is that you can block with L1 so you dont do those dumb baby jumps when you try to jump in succession. also, cant wait to see the starcaller cry shenanigans with those new falling spike traps lol
@@destroyer-yf3lb What do you mean by baby jumps? Does a type of weapon really affect that? I never noticed. Oh yes Starcaller is gonna come back sooner or later, but I have many DLC weapons to try until then 😉
@@UncleGael199916:30 when you try to do quick jumps in succession(weapon doesn't matter) or are standing in knee high water, your character will make baby jumps that have no distance. if you hold block(doesn't work for knee high water) you can avoid making baby jumps. makes for very fast uphill/stairs travel(speed runner tech)
recently tried my hand at being the "bad red man" with the DLC areas. and ill tell ya this for free. Endure has never been more balanced and needed than it is right now. with all the cool weapons having multi second long ashes and insane stagger and tracking. using Endure to just push in and knock someone down is pretty much required now, else you get blendered repeatedly by the L2s. even with the balance reworks. heck i even had to start using BHS just to get away from things like the Relanna swords ashes and chug.
I've seen G9 make a video about this exact topic recently and yeah it's true, Endure is very useful at this point in invasions. I do always have it on my dagger, but I definitely don't use it enough
