Cool video as usual...Super Arabian is an early Sunsoft game...it was your typical single screen platformer, not an RPG though! That Higemaru Maijima game..it's a spinoff of Pirate Ship Higemaru (a 1984 arcade single screen maze game) mixed with some Makaimura/GNG stuff :D

Thanks for the info! I got super Arabian confused with niji no silk road. Thanks for the correction on the early action platformer. It might have been a good pick up too!

Super Arabian isn't an RPG actually, but a port of an old arcade game. The game has 4 stages, like Donkey Kong, and keep playing through the 4 stages till you run out of lives. King Kong 2 is one I eventually want to pick up to increase my Konami game count. 7:16 Ganbare Goemon Gaiden 2, yes an RPG, but both Famicom Goemon RPG's have English fan translations these days. Makai Jima is a nice little game, it has a Makai themed island, but the character in the game comes from an arcade game, Pirate Ship Higemaru. The game also has an MSX version as well. Haven't picked up a Capcom game in years, probably will pick that one up come tax season since it's cheap and decent.

Yes thanks man you are right that was an action platformer like donkey Kong I got it confused with 2 other Arabian themed rugs for the famicom. Interesting enough I have never played this super Arabian game either. King Kong 2 also looks quite promising. MakIjima is too affordable to pass up for sure 💸💸💸

I just love the 500 yen famicom challenge and from the looks of it you got quite a nice title, which if I had know about it would have probably picked up myself as well.

I too made a 500 yen Famicom deal this week end, the best game store in Gothenburg held a pop up flea market on Saturday. Was very pleased to find The Wind of Madoola there, it´s an early action RPG with English language equipment. Super hard game, but fascinating to play. Have I told you I´m probably the only person who actually likes the Kinnikuman wrestling game?

Really?? That is a great deal!! I have tried wing of madoola a few times it is tough and quirky but love the art work. You like kinnikuman?? Well I'm glad someone does the Japanese cart it too awesome not too. 💪

@@ScruffyLookinRGB Yeah, I find some charm in Kinnikuman's clunkiness! And finding exciting Japanese games like Wing of Madoola is a rare thing in Sweden, even rarer at that price. I haven´t been able to finish stage 2, but enjoy experiencing it!

@@ScruffyLookinRGB i use these videos to build a list of wanted games that I have never played but look good. Unfortunately I don't get many hits for 500 yen games. Super Arabian was new to me though. Don't worry I watch your videos for you. It's your delivery I watch them for.
