Nothing against Laphonza, but it would have been respectful to the late Dianne Feinstein and her family to at least wait until she was laid to rest before swearing in her replacement. Scheduling Laphonza's ceremony and celebration a few days after Feinstein's memorial would have been the classy thing to do.
