For the people saying he is dumb, it is actually the right way to solve this question since it was 2 right if you notice, he just switched the two pairs but keeping them in the Same order (blue then red. White then pink). This would result in either 0 right or 2 right. If it was 2 right then you would know it was one of each pair (white or pink) (red or blue) has to switch and in 2 moves you would get the right answer, 4 moves total. If it resulted in 0 right you would know that one of the pairs is right (in this case white and pink). You then only switch the pairs which in also 2 moves Will get the right order which results in 4 moves as well.
