Hey Joel, regarding your general tiredness-One, you’ve had a major life change in your move, which can be draining in itself. However, the move has also put you in a different terrain/environment. You have a lot more plant life around your area now, probably a greater variety too--so may be getting exposed to pollens/molds, etc that your system isn’t used too. Try watching the air quality and specific particulates , and see if you notice any correlation to periods of feeling “bleh”
If you are an introvert and now adapting to not only a new life and environment but also more more hours of the day in social interactions, that can tire you out if you don’t have enough alone time to recharge your energy. Just a thought 😎 But you will! You glow with happiness!

Fun fact: In Bram Stoker's novel "Dracula" the ship carrying Dracula to Britain runs aground on the coast at Whitby. Stoker had gone to Whitby on holiday in late July and early August of 1890. While there, he found in the public library a book about a British consul's experiences in Wallachia and Moldavia (now in Romania). The book mentioned a 15th-century prince called Vlad Tepes who was said to have impaled his enemies on wooden stakes. He was known as Dracula - the ‘son of the dragon.’ While staying in Whitby, Stoker would have heard of the shipwreck five years earlier of a Russian vessel called the Dmitry, from Narva. This ran aground on Tate Hill Sands below East Cliff, carrying a cargo of silver sand. With a slightly rearranged name, this became in the novel the Demeter from Varna that carries Dracula to Whitby with a cargo of silver sand and boxes of earth. Below the abbey stands the ancient parish church of St Mary, perched on East Cliff, which is reached by a climb of 199 steps. Joel- have you thought about your asthma being a culprit for the fatigue? You've moved to a colder area as well as been having renovations in the house. Babyboy don't worry I had similar once coz I was sleeping so much...doc came to the conclusion that after a real stressful year and a few illness bouts it was just a matter of the immune system trying to recover and get strong again..and sure enough after a couple of months everything evened out...I think after your last 7 months yes ...your on your recoup road . Scarborough is beautiful! Love the seaside quaint little town. I think you will succeed more with Airbnb business there if you don’t mind occasional 90mins trips for maintenance. Keegan’s kids are very well behaved, you are so lucky Joel to have a great extended family.
I loved your day trip to Scarborough and Whitby. It reminded me of a family trip in 1965 (age 11) where we went to Rhyl Castle and the town for a week. It was awesome. 😀😀

I had a symptom of excessive daytime tiredness and ended up doing a sleep study and got really surprising results. But my symptom was years in the making so might not be anything you need to be concerned about. Still thought it might be worth mentioning. Hope you feel better soon!

Hi Joel, Oh I loved the look of that house in Scarborough.....iv never been but watching you guys has really made me want to go. Same at Witby, apparently there is quite a long standing icecream shop there called Trillos......if you ever go again please please film it for me as my maiden name was Trillo & my dad passed away 2019 & he was the last of our Trillos.....plus icecream is supposed to be fab! They do a gothic blackcurrant & liquorice flavour.....my god im drooling just thinking of it! I would have said to check your vitamin D level because I know you need to take extra living there just like we do on the east coast in the US due to winter but if you were tested recently and it said your levels are fine then I'm not sure what would cause that. Maybe try increasing vitamin B? It would have been nice to have that home near the beach to have for vacation rentals since the area is so pretty I'm sure it would be easy to rent on air B&B. Also, you, Keegan, and the kids could go there for a little vacation too several times a year when it's not booked. But I understand your reasoning for opting for the one close by. It makes sense for a first rental property.
You can get vitamin B12 injections, not through your doctor but a private person, one of the top fashion vloggers on RU-vid had one done, and it definitely boosted her energy. Google to see where you can get the shot. I don’t think it was expensive. And it kicks in quickly, unlike the tablets.👍♥👍
