Three generations in the kitchen cooking together. What a wonderful blessing and special memories for all of you. I know each of you had your souls fed through it. Have an awesome week and blessed Shabbat
I'm sorry Sonya, I can no longer watch your videos. I'm on a diet and your videos make me want to raid my fridge. My mouth waters too much watching you make all these luscious dishes. 😋
I was going to make a comment about your beautiful family and the most adorable sous chefs ever, and then I watched your amazing mom work, her magic with the dumplings. My first thought was wait you can make those? From scratch? I thought they only came from the frozen section. My next thought was how do we convince you and your mom to start your own business so that we can all buy them! #ImNotKidding!
Thank you for sharing! You know, there are many preps related to food that I just cannot do as well as my mom! Your daughter learning from you and your mom is such a blessing! You all are creating wonderful memories! Love your meal prep posts! Hugs to you and your family!
You look amazing. And your cooking looks so delicious. How sweet you are able to snuggle with the baby while you are cooking. You are so talented.Have a great day and a peaceful Shabbat ❤
I can watch your mom all day long doing the rolling . My grandmother did that with a long pinstick ( she called it ) she was Irish. It takes practice but it’s easy once you get the knack. ❤
loved seeing your mom roll out that dough . Its so nice your daughter is learning fro. You both. I live ut when mine help me. May God give you and your family many blessings.
I love watching your mother’s hands work, she has “the touch” for dough, definitely. Sonya, don’t feel bad about it-my stuffed cabbage will never in a million years be as good as my mother’s (and I don’t know why). Last week, I got to make hamantaschen with my daughter and for the first time, our 3-year-old granddaughter. Thank you for sharing, and thank your mom and daughter!
Kol hakavod to the nursing mamas. It's not always easy but it's so good for the baby...not just nutritionally but altogether! I'm hearing of more and more women who are all too eager to give up on the privilege of nursing and it's a bit unfortunate....so definitely credit to you!! Continued stregnth , success and nachat
Your mom is so good with the dough! Absolutely amazing!!! Watching her working with the dough is absolutely incredible. Пельмени is our favorite as well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Shalom from Alaska ❤️❄️⛷️✡️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I look forward to your videos and am so happy to see a new one! I am a retired elementary school teacher and am back to cooking from scratch again. I just got a pasta attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer and am hoping to use it soon. I love seeing your mother working with you in the kitchen, too. Thanks for the video!
Update: I tried the pelmeni that I froze from you and your mom's recipe...it's delicious. It was so much better than the store bought frozen stuff I bought and didn't really like. The flavor difference is night and day -- homemade is so good. Thank you.
Gracias por ser un ejemplo de la mujer virtuosa que mensiona proverbios 31 me gusta ver la variedad de comidas que prepara y las trato de hacer en mi hogar gracias.
Loved watching your mum making the dumplings, she’s very skilled. It reminded me of Italian pasta making, especially the rolling stick. I haven’t inherited my mums rolling and baking skills unfortunately 😊When I look back I’ve no idea how she managed with a large family and work.
Hi Sonya. I just noticed that I was mysteriously unsubscribed from your channel. Lots of unusual things going on around here. I am back and will be looking at your videos I missed seeing. 😊
This reminds me so much of working with both my Mom and Grandmother growing up. Now I get to share that with my daughter, too. What a treasure! Thank you for sharing these moments. ❤
I learned to make stuffed grapeleaves in my Lebanese grandmother's kitchen. I am going tey your rolling technique for uniform pueces. I always soak the leaves in a big bowl of cold water. Love your process. Food is love for our families. Thank you for all your wonderful work.
Those a really time and life savers)))). I do stuffed bell peppers to really great for freezer. Meat balls are perfect as well. The other day with my daughter we made ravioli with spinach, mushrooms and ricotta cheese, and they turned out better then what we had in Rome)))). All the blessings for your family!
Dear Sonya, where is your baby when you go to work? Do you have something like a kindergarten for such small babies? And super recipes! My mom is like your mom, always helping when she is needed :-)))
Thank you for sharing and helping us learn how to make different things, As far as that long wooden endless rolling pin I think I would have to start using that as a small child and I still wouldn't be able to get the hang of it, blessings to you and yours
Hi Sonya, I've missed you! When the video popped up, it brought joy to my heart! You are looking wonderful, and the food looks yummy. What kind of bone is the one used for the broth. I want to cook that!
Watching gma make that dough was so awesome....I appreciate your authenticity and realistic way of cooking...❤you're lucky i live in Florida cuz i would make myself a nuisance to you when you're cooking😂😂😂
We call it kreplach. Or pirogen.you can buy the dough ready. Also for Shavuot we fill it up with cheese and roll them in breadcrumbs and butter. Looks yummy
I use to cook my bone broth for 3 days. But now I use an instant pot and it only takes 3 hours. I also add about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to help pull the collagen. Isn’t the part you were trying to remember the part for pasta? Thank you for sharing ❤
