I like this show. But the ladies need to be transparent. Nicole doesn't allow anyone to speak but her. LaKeisha needs to speak up and stop sitting there holding back and not speaking her truth about what she feels.

She needs to support her husband's decision about having a contract. They were supposed to be 1. Just cause it's her family he is supposed to be quiet and just do it. That man needs his own identity and a wife that will help him fight for his contract.

She’s not against him having a contract. They all agreed he should have a contract to make it clear to HIM what his job is. His own brother in law called him out for not following through on things he says he’s gonna do. From the previews it looks like he wants more money but if you’re half assing the job……you’re already getting paid more than what you do. She wants him to have a stable income because she knows how much he’s being paid and low key she agrees that he needs to put more effort into doing what they’re asking of him (come to work)
